! The Idols

This season's twist involves the Island of the Idols, where two legends from Survivor's past reside: Sandra and Boston Rob. They have no vote, and have no chance to win the million dollars.

* TheAce: The whole reason they were selected in the first place. Sandra is the only two-time winner in the game's history while Boston Rob has played through it four times. They know what they're talking about.
* GoodCopBadCop: Sandra and Boston Rob, respectively. Best exemplified during the fire making challenge where Boston Rob shows no mercy and gets a kick out of making a fool of Elizabeth while Sarah provides unflinching support, despite Elizabeth having pretty much no shot in hell of winning.
* GreekChorus: When not performing as mentors, they are seated in a secret shack during tribal councils so that they could listen in. They also provide commentary.
* TheMentor: The entire twist involves the duo mentoring anybody who gets sent to the island.

* NoSenseOfPersonalSpace: He's inappropriately touchy with the women, which becomes a sore point for Kellee and Molly.

* TheQuietOne: Almost invisible during the edit, which was ninety minutes long and more than enough time to give content for everyone. This is corroborated by exit interviews stating that talking to him was akin to pulling out your teeth.

* BigFun: An exuberant woman whose girth is matched only by her charisma.
