She simply assumed she was, but as one of the 27 True Runes, only those chosen by destiny can bear it safely. Sadly, she failed to realize until it abandoned her once her lifespan had been exhausted.

* StrongFamilyResemblance: Interesting aversion. While her sister Arshtat and cousin Haswar look alike, Sialeeds's golden hair looks out of place. [[spoiler: Her HeelFaceTurn lets her reveal that she dyes it. She really does look like Arshtat.]]

* MagicKnight: The best magic users out of the Knights, and has a decent attack.

* BitchInSheepsClothing: Paper-thin clothing. She only had the slightest veneer of loyalty to Arshtat.

* RecurringBoss: He's fought twice, and one time in a war battle.

* TheMourningAfter: His wife was assassinated by Nether Gate. This prompted a change in his personality.

* GambitRoulette: His favorite type of plan. {{Lampshaded}} by Marscal and Sialeeds, who point out that his Stormfist plan only succeeded through blind luck. [[spoiler: The plan being to connive and cheat his way to victory in the Sacred Games, and thereby winning Princess Lymsleia's hand in marriage and ultimately securing power for the Godwin Faction.]] This type of planning has repercussions for him in the long run. [[spoiler: The above spoiler is of particular note, as his machinations tipped off the Royal Family, which caused them to set precautions in place that ultimately enabled the Prince to escape during the coup.]]

* BiTheWay: It's implied that she seduced both Lelei and Cius, and had a husband in the past. Lelei seems more enamored than Cius.

* ButNowIMustGo: Disappears at the end of the game.

* WitchSpecies: Possibly.

* TimeToUnlockMoreTruePotential: His speciality. Has the Tutor skill that allows magic training anywhwere.

* BigEater: And he'll eat anything. It's the one thing that he differs from his PickyEater mount.

** Stockpiling salt before undertaking his recruitment will help immensely.

* LongSpeechTeaTime: In order for him to join, the player must politely listen to his (long) rant about the Godwins, without pressing ANY button to speed up the dialogue. Fortunately, he's not LostForever if you screw up.

* TheRunaway: [[spoiler: It turns out that she has run away from Armes as she felt unappreciated and in her brother Shula's shadow. Her real name is Yuma Valya, though [[BerserkButton she hates that name]].]]
* ShoutOut: She's possibly named after Napoleon Bonaparte's wife, the first Empress of France.
** She also seems to have aspects of MarieAntoinette.

** IHaveAFamily: He keeps up the facade to support his family.

** StolenGoodReturnedBetter: Once this is achieved, he joins the Prince's cause.

* TheCasanova: Of the predatory type, he joins the Prince only if Viki, Faylen or Norma are present in the active party.
** LustObject: He is particularly taken with Lyon. She's not happy to say the least.

** AbsentMindedProfessor: He is inept at housekeeping and totally reliant on Sorensen, who he ostensibly forgets to thank for this hard work.

* ScaryShinyGlasses: His appearance is a little disturbing, especially his creepy pinwheel glasses.

* ChainOfDeals: For him to join, it is necessary to buy out the salt in other trading posts so the price sky-rockets. He will then ask how the Prince will rectify this. Sell at least 6 salts immediately to reduce the price.
** SoProudOfYou: He then joins immediately, impressed with the young Prince's business acumen.

* WeSellEverything: Once recruited, his item store carries any item that has been found available in any other item store already visited by the Prince.

** HesBack: Upon his return to Sol-Falena around the time of the Sacred Games, he began to [[TookALevelInBadass wipe the floor]] with the competition.

* RescueArc: Stormfist thugs, unhappy with a "foreigner" like Belcoot potentially marrying the Princess, kidnapped him, requiring the Prince and his party to race to the rescue.
** DeclarationOfProtection: Their plan foiled, these same thugs then kidnapped Marina, a local girl friendly with Belcoot to lure him into a trap. He rushed to the rescue with the Prince's help and saved Marina.
* SlippingAMickey: With Marina safe, he prepared himself for the final against Childerich (The Godwin's champion) but he was drugged by [[spoiler: Marina herself (explained in her entry, below)]] and was unable to fight, allowing the Godwin faction victory in the contest.
** EarnYourHappyEnding: [[spoiler: He forgives her, and later on (after the coup) points out that this was probably for the best, as the Godwin's would have used some other method, most likely lethal, to get him out of the picture.]]

** UnwittingPawn: Because of this infatuation, she was seen as a target to eliminate Belcoot by the Godwins.

* MiscarriageOfJustice: He was disqualified from the Games when, supposedly, Armes informants were talking to him about killing the Queen. In reality, they were just talking in the native Armes tongue, but it was enough to have him sentenced to death.
** JustInTime: Luckily, Lady Sialeeds pieces together the story and intervenes to save him.

** DefeatMeansFriendship: After an initial fight during the Lelcar conscripted boys RescueArc, and a subsequent one-on-one duel, she joins the Prince.

** BerserkButton: His mad, neurotic rants are triggered by any mention of the Godwins. Including ''his own mention'' of the Godwins.

* FunnySchizophrenia: He seems to flit instantly between being calm and polite, to a foaming lunatic if the Godwins enter his head.
** CrazyAwesome: He's so hilarious about it, it never comes off as deranged.
