** His ArcherArchetype skills, despite being an iconic part of his character at this point, were a case of this. When he debuted in ''Spyro 2'', he used his bow a grand total of ''once'' in the entire game. Later games would play up this more and more to the point his ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfSpyro'' incarnation was near full-on Robin Hood. Even the ''VideoGame/SpyroReignitedTrilogy'' would retroactively play this up, showing him carrying around a bow on him even when he doesn't need it. Considering this ended up becoming a rather iconic part of his character, this may be a case of Administrivia/TropesAreNotBad.

Hunter is the only one to feel bad for Bianca, despite dissuasions from Spyro, and take interest in what the conflict between the Dragons and the Sorceress is all about, even offering to play peacemaker.
