From the Berserk Button page, it says it doesn't apply if the worst that happens is if the character scowls or frowns at the provocation. That, and having his (evil) motives questioned is an understandable thing to feel agitated about anyway. Berserk Button is only about disproportionate anger over relatively minor things.
