* KarmaHoudini: Anti-hero example. The Slayer frequently commits actions that are either either amoral at best, or needlessly destructive at worst. Almost everyone has called him out on it and tried to apprehend him or punish him for it...and none of it matters both because of how little he cares and because he's so powerful that their efforts to try and get him to face judgement for it amount to nothing. Even Yang, after escaping Epsilon, points out that the Slayer's sheer presence practically lords over the fact that he can get away with anything and there's not a thing they can do to stop him.

Even as far back as childhood, his first instinct upon seeing that he was turning out like his horrid grandfather was to run away so he wouldn't hurt his family, which not only ''did'' hurt them (emotionally speaking), them, but also led to a SelfFulfillingProphecy of him turning out as he has now.
