Fresh from the Time War, the Time Lord known as the Doctor has lost everything he once held dear. Though he still travels the universe, more and more it feels like he is simply running out of shame. He stumbles upon the group completely by chance and has decided they need his help, though it has been some time since he has travelled with anyone. He is dedicated to the mission - [[DeathSeeker perhaps a little too much]] - and has put his leadership and technical skills to good use. He can shift from bouncy and energetic to irritable and cynical to absolutely terrifying, sometimes in the space of a sentence. He has grown more comfortable around the group over time and swiftly becomes one of their trusted leaders. While his moral convictions occasionally cause him to butt heads with his companions, there is no denying his value to the team.

My home planet is called Aerith. Theres many continents but my home is on the Mariglenian continent. Arkenea is my hometown and we've been in an uneasy truce with the seven other major lands of the continent. My sad story began on the night I was promised to marry the princess of the Machinist region. As you can likely tell they were a technological powerhouse. My homeland is almost medievil in our tech...Machinis built terrible...terrible things.

Christie was her name. She was nice...lovely and kind...reminded me of someone else amongst this group (hes referring to Thaum who may or may not be the spitting image of his lost love). She was friends for a while with me even joined our army. I fell for her and we were overjoyed to be promised together. But There was a faction within our court who believed "getting into bed" with the machinists would doom our way of life and on the night of the proposal ceremony...

The food and drink was caked with sleeping weed. We were lucky...we got a tip earlier and everyone had taken the antidote...but those who came...the royal assasins...ones under control of my sister...my own damn sister...I could never prove it of course but I know it was her...she killed mum...she killed my bride to be....plunged machinis and arkenea into war...

So the two countries were at war. Many were killed just so my sister can wipe out Machinis and claim the country for herself. She forced me to fight my friends there...I killed many...blood on my hands...of friends...then on the last days of the way we stormed the city...we were so happy...the war would be over now...but the machinists...they apparently allied with Drakovia...a country who deals with dark magicks...they slaughtered my entire army...I was the only one left...but instead of using the same magicks...they shot a ray weapon at me...

then I was with you guys...in that room...I thought I was in valhallah...but I think I'll be bound for the other place...never to see my christie again...

Despite this tragic background he is a cheerful guy willing to help his new friends in any way from dealing with their foes to sharing his provisions...

[[VideoGame/MetalGearSolid3 After saving the world from nuclear Armageddon back in 1964]], a soldier codenamed Naked Snake is christened "Big Boss" by America for slaying his teacher and adoptive mother, known as The Boss, from whom he also inherits the title of "The Greatest Warrior of The Twentieth Century."

Of course, Naked Snake hasn't done any of that yet. He's just a soldier on a mission for the US government, who somehow made his way to a spaceship/restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Whether he ends up becoming a broken shell of a man who lives only for battle remains to be seen.

A robotic wolf designed with an advanced Artificial Intelligence. Originally designated LQ-84i when he was with the Private Military Company, or PMC, known as Desperado, after allying himself with Maverick Security Inc, he went under the new designation K-9000, and a new nickname of sorts, "Bladewolf". Wolf prefers to take the efficient way, and despite being a machine, is much more human-like in his thinking, lacking some of the perks a regular old robot would have. He first appears in the Room some time after the Deluge arc, and quickly makes himself familiar with its denizens.

* AbsurdlySharpBlade: Wolf's Heat knives are this, as they vibrate at extreme frequencies, being able to cut through concrete and steel.

* RidiculouslyHumanRobot: Somewhat Deconstructed. While resembling a wolf, he is incredibly human-like in his thinking. However, this also comes with the shortcomings of thinking like a human.
** Wolf also mentions that his intelligence had to be developed. As his AI was built with the human brain in mind, he had to be taught over time by handlers, much like with a human child.
