Rude, profane, and more than a little selfish, Nekou Langley is a girl encountered by Matt and Olivia at the Indigo Plateau early on in The Firestorm Rebellion. After helping herself to a free meal courtesy of a credit card stolen from Matt, she ends up joining the group to pay off her debts and quickly assumes the role of Matt's "bodyguard". Despite all of her quirks, she seems to genuinely have a soft spot for Olivia, and seems to have a much more caring side as well.
