A group of metahumans who have banded together in the wake of Gaea's atrocities in order to advance a plan to see themselves no longer at risk from human violence. However this takes the form of terrorist actions and converting humans to metahumans for their cause.
They have recruited a number of powerful villains for their cause, including the likes of Evo, Tamamo, Luce, Malhareff, and others. In short, a shockingly devastating VillainTeamUp.
