A mysterious man who looks very similar to our titular character. They arrive in Khonjin's universe in Episode 30 and makes occasional appearances from then on, apparently searching for someone close to them who disappeared...

* PhysicalGod: [[spoiler: It's heavily implied that's he's a fragment of Pent, and as a result is about as strong as him. He instantly freezes Pent in place with a single phrase: "That's enough!"]]

* IdentityAmnesia: [[spoiler:The person Pent is looking for, Shelby, is just the person they wanted to transition to be. Unfortunately for everyone, Smack wiped their memory of this in an attempt relieve stress.]]

A man who seems to come from the same world as Pent, and is determined to stop Pent's interference in Khonjin's world and drag him back home.
* TheGhost: Has been mentioned several times throughout the series but has never made an actual appearance, that is until episode 50.

* NotSoStoic: Smack is usually cool-headed and keeps a calm tone in his voice, [[TranquilFury even when confronting Pent about what he's doing,]] but when Pent refuses to acknowledge his responsibility to their homeworld and continues to be in denial over Shelby's death, Smack finally begins to lose his patience.

* TheGhost: Pent (who was wearing blindfolds to trick Gay Spaghetti into thinking that he's Khonjin) asks him about how she is.
* TheLostLenore: To Pent. It's clear that her death has completely torn him up inside.
* PosthumousCharacter: Possibly and heavily implied. Pent is the only one who thinks she's still alive, but it's likely he's just in denial.

* AmbiguouslyEvil: What exactly he wants is unknown. He does harass the main characters, but otherwise his goals seem to not be anything dastardly but rather revolving around Shelby. Judging by his interactions with the characters, he seems to be desperately looking for any inkling in the Khonjin universe that Shelby is somehow still alive.
* BerserkButton: Anything that clashes with his delusions that Shelby is still alive. His response to Gay Spaghetti Chef admitting he didn't know anything about Shelby was to break up with him ([[ItMakesSenseInContext Pent was disguised as Khonjin at the time.]]) and when Smack point-blank refutes his claims that Shelby isn't dead, he completely loses it and tries to murder Smack.
* BloodyHorror: He tends to bleed profusely from his forehead from time to time for [[NothingIsScarier inexplicable ]] [[SurrealHorror reasons,]] possibly related to his RealityWarper abilities.

* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: Shelby. He can't accept the fact that she's dead.
* EvilTwin: He and Khonjin look nearly identical when rendered in the "single image" format of the show. The only differences are their outfits, eyes, and height.
* FiveStagesOfGrief: Seems to be going through a mix of stages 1 through 3 thanks to Shelby's death. He's obviously in denial over Shelby dying, but his erratic, manic behavior indicates that, on some level, he can't ignore the reality that she's gone, resulting in him lashing out at everyone around him, [[BerserkButton particularly if they remind him of Shelby's death.]] As for Bargaining, his attempts to find out if anyone in Khonjin's universe know anything about Shelby seem like a desperate attempt to continue with his delusion that Shelby is still alive by rationalizing that her disappearance is something he can solve by finding out where she's gone to.
* KnightOfCerebus: Whenever Pent shows up, the episode tends to drop its RandomEventsPlot in favor of the much more serious plot threads surrounding Pent and his relationship to Smack and Shelby, and the usual MindScrew elements of the series take a dip into SurrealHorror.
* OmniscientMoralityLicense: {{Defied}}. Pent ''thinks'' he has this, seeing as he's apparently the creator of Khonjin's universe, but Smack is having none of this, and [[spoiler:leaves control of the universe in Khonjin's hands.]]
* PhysicalGod: He seemed to have created Khonjin's reality, although as of episode 50 he has lost control [[spoiler: to Khonjin himself.]]

* SlasherSmile / PsychoticSmirk: When he smiles, it's usually one of these.

* TragicVillain: He may be a sociopathic, unstable man who has no empathy for Khonjin's universe, but it's obvious that the pain of losing Shelby has played a big part in him ending up as twisted as he is.

* VillainousBreakdown: Has a massive one in episode 50 once Smack yells to him that [[PosthumousCharacter Shelby]] is dead.
