* ManOfKryptonite: The Enzyme series are very powerful Zoanoids to begin with, but they have acid blood that's especially destructive against the material that makes up a Guyver's armor. And since it's in their blood, it makes seriously hurting them without getting extremely messed up in the process very difficult for a Guyver.

* PhlebotinumRebel: By definition, the Guyvers are this, as a Guyver is specifically what a human bonded with the alien bio-armor is called. Not only does the control metal on the armor free humans from the Uranus' psychic control, but the first thing the first Guyver did when the Uranus tried to give it orders was to blast one of their ships with the Mega Smasher.
