* EvilCounterpart: Subverted. Although he's an Alter, he doesn't display any unheroic traits beyond his tendency to snark at everyone around him. If anything, he's ''more'' friendly than his inhumanly perfect original counterpart who alienated almost everyone on the Round Table.

* ParentalAbandonment: Her parents are dead in the present day, leaving her in the care of her grandmother (who leaves the actual parenting to her Servant, Longinus).

* HalfIdenticalTwins: Though in real life, Cesare was five years older that Lucrezia, here they look like twins.

She can also use her blood to form weapons like a battle-axe.
