When it inevitably failed as the tech predicted, Grayza ordered the poor woman to the Aurora Chair for the failure. Even though the tech ''warned her the weapon wasn't ready''.
** When her attempts at bluffing the Scarrans into a peace treaty fail, Grayza orders her Command Carrier to battle stations in hopes of salvaging her reputation, even though this would have almost certainly meant an act of war and the destruction of her Command Carrier.
