She kinda falls off in the late-game meta due to her extremely low base health and speed, but even these can be remedied with good gears.

The "healing" part of her utility comes from her second skill which passively heal allies base on the damage they deal. If they get a kill, they get healed more and have their Combat Readiness increased, allowing them to have more turns.

* PermanentlyMissableContent: Seaside Bellona is only available to be pulled during the "Song of the Sea" event, so unless the event has a rerun in the future, players who either missed the event or failed to summon her during the event won't be able to obtain her.
