Powerful, with a nasty temper to match, Delta is shown to be very focused when it comes to missions, taking out her anger on anything, or anyone, when it's not fulfilled fast enough. She is also shown to be extremely arrogant, stating that she can tear apart ''the Seventh Hokage'' easily. Has the Roman Numeral "I" tattooed on her forehead.
