* SpellMyNameWithAnS: Her name is spelled as either "Ada" or "Eida" depending on the translations.

* WeirdnessCensor: One aspect of her [[spoiler:Omnipotence shinjutsu is that while it will not cause people to outright not see things that contradict rewritten memories, it will cause their minds to actively reject those contradictions as being important. Sasuke notes that even as he thinks about how Boruto's appearance contradicts his memories, his thoughts increasingly become less and less bothered by this. This is detailed further in ''Blue Vortex'' where Sarada recalls how people like Shikamaru initially did heavily question the many contradictions that resulted from their rewritten memories (such as Kawaki having a body full of Scientific Ninja Tools and no sign of Momoshiki in him), only to have the effects of Omnipotence gradually erase such doubts.]]

* LegFocus: The anime took care to introduce the legs first, and only after the person. Fittingly, her preferred way to attack is by using her legs.

* DiscOneFinalBoss: [[spoiler:The man doesn't make it 4 chapters into ''Two Blue Vortex'' before the Ten Tails' Shinju swipe the BigBad role from him and mock him as being nothing more than a source of amusement.]]

* SmarterThanYouLook: He gives off the impression of being an UnskilledButStrong brat, but in ''Blue Vortex'' Chapter 3, he's the first to realize Boruto is making use of the planet's rotation for his Rasengan Uzuhiko.

** [[TragicVillain Akatsuki]] was made up partly of {{Anti Villain}}s with redeeming qualities, who started out as good people until the CrapsackWorld they lived in turned them into {{Well Intentioned Extremist}}s, and the main goal of their leaders was to repair whatever was wrong with the Ninja World on their views. They also tended to get along with each other, at worst being VitriolicBestBuds. Now meet Kara, which is made up of apathetic people who barely stand each other and suffer from ChronicBackstabbingDisorder. Their reasons for staying together, while mainly in the dark, are stated to be selfish and personal, disinterested in making the world a better place, even if their sinister plans do include playing around with the fate of the world. It's downplayed, given that the Akaksuki also included the likes of Hidan, Kakuzu and Deidara, neither of whom had remotely noble motives or tragic backstories, and given that the Kara included Amado and Kashin Koji, who conspired to eliminate the threat of Jigen, making them {{Anti Villain}}s for the time being. Just like some Akatsuki members, Kara also has members who augmented their bodies, but instead of doing it with jutsus, they did it through science augmented with chakra, turning themselves into cyborgs. Further, while the Akatsuki's modificiations tended to be part of their backstories from before they even became members, i.e. secret jutsus, rituals, abilities they invented themselves, etc. Kara's cyborgs are noted to all be a product of Amado's genius and Jigen's knowledge/resources. As for the threat it represents, Kara is on par with Akatsuki, [[KnightOfCerebus their coming darkened the mood]] of the anime and manga a lot.

* PetTheDog: Eida [[spoiler: does have some heart underneath her cold personality, shown in Chapter 80 when she feels some remorse and apologizes to Boruto for subconsciously changing his and Kawaki's lives via her Omnipotence.]] [[spoiler: She also promises Boruto not to look for him with her Senrigan during his time away from Konoha even if Kawaki and Shikamaru ask her to.]]

* AlmightyIdiot: Downplayed, while they are still beasts that run on instincts, [[spoiler:thanks to Code splitting the Ten-Tails into the Claw Grimes in the first place and using it as an army, he set up for the whole beast to gain sapience, starting with some Claw Grimes being able to speak some words]].

* AlmightyIdiot: Absolutely subverted, having attained self awareness and sapience, they are all but stupid like before.

* BishonenLine: Obviously, as their appearences are based on pre-exsisting people, therefore they look more human than ever, and they also have some form of clothing.

* BigBad: As the leader is presumably the main consciousness of the Ten Tails, he therefore claims the role from Code.

* TheLeader: [[spoiler:The Divine Teee resembling Jigen appears to be in charge of the rest of them, who resemble Bug, Moegi, and Sasuke]].

* TheStarscream: [[spoiler:Having gained enough power from Sasuke, Bug, and other imprisoned tree victims, the Ten-Tails frees itself and splits up into the Divine Trees, one of which uses Moegi's appearance (presumably) and calls Code a "clown" destined to be used by others]].
