After Nu's apparent death, Kokonoe has Tager salvage the 11th Murakumo Unit from Ikaruga, and then plucks Nu's soul from the Boundary, erases her memories, and implants her within her predecessor's body. She is now completely subservient to Kokonoe and is used as another tool in her plan to get revenge on Terumi. As she inhabits the body of her predecessor, she is not the juggernaut she was before. This is manifested gameplay-wise in the form of loads of balance changes.

A fellow classmate of Jin, Noel, and Makoto from the Academy. Tsubaki comes from the noble Yayoi family. She's also Jin's childhood friend and harbors secret crush on him since the Academy. After graduation, she served under the Zero Squadron/Wings of Justice, which duty is to punish those who rebel against NOL. After the True Ending of the first game she was given orders by Hazama to kill off Jin and Noel [[HeKnowsTooMuch for knowing about his plans]]. And so she is sent out to Kagutsuchi to accomplish her mission, armed with an Armagus called Izayoi which controls light. Her Drive, Install, fills a meter that increases the power of her attacks. Her Astral Finish [[strike: [[ValkyrieProfile engraves Nibelung Valesti upon your soul]]]] turns her into an angel as a statue of a goddess (the same one seen in the background of Jin's stage) stabs you with a spear.

A mysterious man working for the Library. He works in the Intelligence Department of the Bureau, first appearing in the story to assist Noel on her mission to retrieve Jin Kisaragi.

He is actually a captain, though he claims that the Intelligence Department does not operate on a Hierarchical basis. He appears to be quite personable, and apparently is "not good with combat", opting not to assist Noel in her battles against Carl & Jin in the Story.

Despite this, he is seen in the aftermath of Noel's story involved in some shady business. He notices Rachel Alucard hovering above the scene, but quickly dismisses her.

All of this leads up to the revelation that he is actually...

Terumi was one of the Six Heroes who defeated the Black Beast. His true form is that of a ghost, and as such he can [[GrandTheftMe possess any person he wishes]]. After the war, he ended up killing Nine, one of his comrades, and as such earned scorn from Hakumen and Jubei, who sealed him away as a prisoner of Takama-gahara. [[AIIsACrapshoot That failed]]. After Terumi escaped, he cut off Ragna's arm and absconded with his sister Saya to use as the template for the Murakumo Units. He uses knives as his specialty weapons. His Nox Nyctores/Drive is Geminus Anguium: Ouroboros, which allows him to summon chains that hang in the air and can be used to swing him back and forth or attack his opponents. His Astral Finish summons a bunch of chains from the ground, which form into a [[IfYouKnowWhatIMean really big and long snake]] that eats you.

It's hard not to crack up at some of the things he says to people, particularly preceding the boss fight with him in Continuum Shift. Couple that with his sheer [[EvilIsCool sense of style]], and you've got a complete bastard almost forcing you to love him.

Even if you go completely unharmed and land an Astral Finish, Hazama will be beating the living hell out of you in the following cutscene with virtually no exceptions, and probably implied to be holding back at that. An exception might be Jin, where in his story mode after fighting Jin (win or lose) he is impressed by the "power of order" and retreats. Also, in the true ending, after Ragna receives Lambda's Idea Engine, he proceeds to beat the crap out of Hazama.
** Also, when one looks carefuly, it becomes obvious that, like Rachel, he's not actually taking any damage during fights (despite his [[LargeHam over-the-top acting when he gets hit]]). Unlike her, however, he's not using someone else as a shield, and is simply unphased by everyone's attacks. He's constantly smiling and calm, even during his hit and knockdown animations. Even when being knocked down, not only is he still smiling, ''he holds his hand out to catch his hat before it falls off his head''. Coupled with that, after being [=KOed=], if he's facing down, you can see he's not knocked out, and he's still smiling. Almost as if he's [[{{Troll}} mocking you]]. And if he loses from Time Out? He [[SarcasticClapping claps at his opponent]], as if to call them a pussy for not being able knock him out.
* GoKartingWithBowser: He appears in Teach Me Ms. Litchi Reloaded episode 3, alongside Jin and Noel to teach Taokaka about their organization. He also appears alongside the rest of the cast in multiple Gag Reels, from being a crewmember on Jin's ghost ship, to eating out at a restaurant with the entire cast.

A former member of the Six Heroes, Valkenhayn has been a faithful ally of the Alucard family for hundreds of years, and serves Rachel's every whim as her BattleButler. He is also quite knowledgeable in several scientific fields, including medicine and alchemy. His Drive, [[BilingualBonus Werewolf]] (that's pronounced "vair-volf", folks), allows him to [[CaptainObvious transform into a wolf]] for a limited time, which is determined by a gauge. His Astral Finish has him performing a [[StreetFighter Flash Kick]] that knocks the opponent high into the air. He then transforms into a full werewolf form while the opponent still floats in the air with the moon in the background and performs several cross-slashes, ending with one final [[GoryDiscretionShot blacked-out]] slash that tears open the camera and leaves a trail of [[AccidentalInnuendo white]] on the screen.

He is the 2nd DLC character to be announced, and has been released for Japanese Playstation 3 owners as of September 21, 2010, and American Playstation 3 owners as of September 28. He was delayed on the 360 for some time due to server issues with the Dashboard update, but the roadblock has been lifted and he will be available on December 7 for 360 users. He costs the same price as Makoto on PSN (560 Microsoft points / $7.00), but as an apology to the 360 users for the delays he will be discounted for a full month at 320 MSP. He will return to his original pricing on January 10, 2011.

Confirmed as a DLC character alongside Makoto and Valkenhayn and officially announced on September 9th. Her Drive, Magical Symphony, allows her to equip her staff for longer range attacks, as well as switch her fighting style between 6 different styles. Her Astral Finish fires a small but fullscreen laser at her opponent. His Nox Nyctores/Drive is Geminus Anguium: Ouroboros, which allows him to summon chains that hang in the air and can be used to swing him back and forth or attack his opponents. His Astral Finish summons a bunch of chains from the ground, which form into a [[IfYouKnowWhatIMean really big and long snake]] that eats you.

He ejected from the unit at some point and realized [[ThingsManWasNotMeantToKnow the truth about the world's eternal looping state]], [[GoMadFromTheRevelation and went insane]]. Eventually, he collaborated with someone, later revealed to be Relius Clover, to create a new body for him - that body being Hazama. His true agenda is to utilize the perfect Murakumo unit (that is, Noel Vermillion) to create Kusanagi in order to destroy the Master Unit Amaterasu, and break the cycle. His Nox Nyctores is also revealed to cause a MindRape effect.]]

It is then revealed that he serves the Imperator of the NOL, though later material makes it clear that this is a front, as he and Relius have been behind everything, and are even using ''the Imperator of the NOL'' as a puppet in their schemes. Even Mu-12, his own creation, refers to him as "the true evil."]]
