An English nobleman well-known for his fine tastes and parties held during the social season. Ciel's group infiltrates in one of his parties because he's suspected of being Jack the Ripper.
-------
* AbhorrentAdmirer: Of all the people to show interest, he ranks fairly high on Ciel's NoYay scale.
* AmbiguouslyEvil: How evil/dangerous ''is'' he? Selling girls into [[SexSlave sexual slavery]], sacrifice, etc, is not cool, but given how he [[RecurringExtra keeps popping up]] in connection to Ciel's cases, it's unclear just how deep his bastardry goes...
* BeautyIsBad: Has a lot of fangirls both in universe, but shows himself to be a crazy asshole in every appearance.
* {{Bishonen}}: Leaving aside his personality, he's a very pretty man.
* BlueBlood
* CharacterExaggeration: So ''VERY'' much in the Musical. Enforced because the author AND director encouraged Hidedruitt to really let go [[DivergentCharacterEvolution regardless of the canon interpretation]], to be less graceful and more ecchi and disgusting. That said, everything about him; the flamboyancy, [[LaughingMad certain ]] [[AxCrazy craziness]], and his overall (implied) perversity could even be matched up with the over-the-top anime counterpart from season two.
* ChekhovsGunman: In the manga, he shows up very early on and later comes back as a villain again in the Zombie-Titanic arc. Later his family connection to Edgar Redmond turns out to be important.
* ClassyCravat: He wears elegant suits with a cravat at the neck.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: His behavior is quite ''eccentric'', to put it mildly. Ciel ouright calls him certifiable in Season 2, if his ridiculously over-the-top descriptions of food and flamboyant behaviour didn't give that impression already.
* CombatCommentator: In Episode 7 of the 2nd season.
* DepravedBisexual: He's as flamboyant as you get and flirts with Ciel (both in and out of [[DisguisedInDrag drag]]), and ''[[TheCasanova loves]]'' the ladies. Considering Eric, and the very historical figure he's based on, he probably doesn't second glance men at ALL.
* DiminishingVillainThreat: More so in the anime than in the manga, though he's not much of a threat in both canons. In the anime, he goes from being a shady prostitution dealer to rather ridiculous, riddled comic relief. In the manga, his involvement in illegal affairs remains intact, as demonstrated by being a member of 'the Phoenix', a shady medical cult.
* HandsomeLech: It's said he'll put his hand on any attractive lady with no concerns for her age, which is proven when he makes lascivious advances at Ciel when the boy is DisguisedInDrag. As for the Viscount's character, the only nice thing about him is that he's handsome.
* KarmaHoudini: While he was arrested for what he was doing during the Jack The Ripper arc he was ultimately released and hasn't been arrested again since. Ciel and Sebastian speculate this is due to Aleister's status as a noble along with his wealth.
* {{Jerkass}}: He's incredibly pompous and obnoxious.
* LargeHam: He's one of the most flamboyant characters in the series and that's saying something.
* LongHairedPrettyBoy: He's a beautiful man with shoulder-length hair.
* TheNicknamer: He calls every woman he finds attractive a "Robin". Which becomes a touch creepy when he calls ''Ciel'' one.
* PiratesWhoDontDoAnything: Has a medical degree, but never does anything... er, medical.
* RunningGag: Whenever he sees or tastes something he enjoys, he'll always make at least one reference to the "Lady Robin" who captured his heart that time at his party. And Ciel just happens to be nearby every time he does...
* SissyVillain: He has the personality certainly but not much in terms of looks.
* VillainousCrush: Aleister Chamber engages in black magic and sells girls as sex slaves. When Ciel was DisguisedInDrag Aleister demonstrated attraction towards him. And when Ciel was dressed as usual Aleister [[HoYay still hit on him]].

* TheComicallySerious: She throws herself at the bed of Ciel's and Sebastian's room and speaks about never expecting her first time to be a threesome. All with a deadpan expression on her face.
* CoolChair: She sits at a large chair with horns for mealtimes.
* CrotchGrabSexCheck: She questions Ciel's manhood due to his lack of sexual interest in her. She proceeds to confirm
he's a boy by using her own hand.
* CuteWitch: The cutest witch you'll ever meet...[[spoiler: even though she's actually
not much of a threat in both canons. In witch.]]
* DealWithTheDevil: Ciel notices that Sieglinde's feet are bound. Centuries ago,
the anime, he goes founder of the village [[AnArmAndALeg offered her legs]] to the Werewolves to protect the village from the WitchHunt. Since then, all Lords have lived as cripples to continue the pledge. [[spoiler: It was all a lie, actually her feet were bound to keep her from escaping if she learned of being a shady prostitution dealer TykeBomb]].
* DirtyKid: She seems

* HugeGuyTinyGirl: Wolfram's tiny girl. He often carries her in his arms.
* IJustWantToBeFree: She only wishes to go out of the forest and see the outside world.
* IJustWantToBeNormal: She enjoys the idea of leaving the forest to see the outside world, wearing normal clothes, and [[IJustWantToHaveFriends having ordinary friends.]]
* IJustWantToHaveFriends: Given her isolated upbringing, her desire to have a friend in Ciel is understandable as well as very cute and endearing.
* ImportantHaircut: After [[spoiler:moving to London]], Sieglinde trades her long hair for a bob cut to symbolize a fresh start. Sebastian is left aghast, because as it happens, long hair is currently ''fashionable'' [[spoiler:in London]].
* ImprobableAge: She's 11 years old, and yet she is a landlord. [[spoiler:She also knows, though unconciously, advanced chemistry used to created a bomb of poisonous gas.]]
* InelegantBlubbering: Her reaction to TheReveal, and later when [[spoiler: Wolfram is wounded]].
* InnocentProdigy: She represents this trope, especially [[http://www.kuroshitsuji.org/98/09/ on this page]] where seeing her scrawling out [[spoiler: the scientific formula for mustard gas]] makes you want to go "D'Awwwww".
* LamarckWasRight: Sieglinde inherited her amazing talent for chemistry from her father and [[spoiler:was already able to understand the basis to create mustard gas he was developing when she was still a toddler]].
* LovableSexManiac: The sorts of things she'd like to do to Ciel aren't exactly difficult to imagine. When Sebastian brings Ciel to her during a possible emergency, she delights at the chance to have him undress so she can examine him.
* MadScientistsBeautifulDaughter: [[spoiler:Her mother is a crazy scientist who raised her as a {{Tykebomb}} and manipulated her entire life just to finish the previously failed project on the mass-production of a stable biological weapon.]]
* MasterPoisoner: An unwitting and tragic example. [[spoiler: The miasma that Sieglinde believed was meant to help sustain the werewolves was not only a form of mustard gas but quite possibly ''the'' most deadly variety of it. Of course she had no knowledge of what it truly was and broke down when she found out, and now she wants to use her intellect in order to develop cures as opposed to poisons.]]
* MeaningfulName:
** Of a twisted sort, considering [[MadScientist who]] gave it to her. ''"Sieglinde"'' translates to ''"gentle victory"''... [[spoiler: ...if by "gentle" you mean "silently killed by poisonous gas", that is.]]
** Later, she is given the nickname "Sully" which literally means "damage of purity/integrity". [[spoiler: This could be referring to when she found out the truth about what she was being used for.]]
* TheMedic: Apparently, when she's not working on [[spoiler: mustard gas]], she is in charge of dealing with the side effects of the experiments on others. She definitely fills this role for
Ciel and Sebastian speculate this is due to Aleister's status as [[spoiler:and Wolfram]].
* MoralityPet: [[spoiler:To Wolfram. Before meeting her, he was just

* MultiEthnicName: Sieglinde's given name is German and her surname is an anglizised version of an Irish patronym.
* NoSocialSkills: Hasn't had much contact with the village, and none with the outside world. She has literally never seen a man in person before, aside from her Butler, who she claims doesn't count. [[spoiler: It was all on purpose, so Siegliende didn't have anything else to do except finishing the gas formula.]]
* OurWitchesAreDifferent: [[spoiler: Subverted. She's an ordinary human girl with extraordinary intellect. The "green witch" is actually a title of a military project]].
* PuppetQueen: [[spoiler:She believes she's the landlord of the village, but she's actually a {{Tykebomb}} raised with the sole motive of developing a chemical weapon and the villagers are actually soldiers.]]
* RescueRomance: She seems to have developed a genuine crush on Ciel for freeing her and giving her a better life.
* TheReveal: [[spoiler:Sieglinde isn't a witch, she never was. She was just a test subject used for a military project to develop the stable mustard gas.]]
* SecretKeeper: When she learns from Sebastian the implications of Ciel's DarkAndTroubledPast, she promises she won't tell anyone,
to the "Lady Robin" who captured his heart that time at his party. And Ciel just happens butler's relief.

killed immediately on sight to prevent others from using her vast knowledge.]]
* SissyVillain: He has SpiderLimbs: After arriving at London, she builds herself mechanical spider legs so she can move around without a wheelchair or Wolfram.
* StrongGirlSmartGuy: Gender inverted with her and Wolfram. She's
the personality certainly child genius and he's the big, muscular BattleButler.
* SugarAndIcePersonality: She comes across as serious, blunt and solemn,
but not much in terms of looks.
* VillainousCrush: Aleister Chamber engages in black magic and sells girls as sex slaves. When Ciel was DisguisedInDrag Aleister demonstrated attraction towards him. And when Ciel was dressed as usual Aleister [[HoYay
she's still hit a kind-hearted and curious little girl who only wants to have ordinary friends.
* TheTease: She likes making dirty and suggestive remarks to Sebastian and Ciel.
* TooHungryToBePolite: This little piggy loves to chow down, especially when [[SupremeChef Sebastian]] is the one who cooks her meals for her, much to his an Ciel's disgust. As a result, Sebastian made sure a large part of her TrainingFromHell included learning proper table etiquette.
* TrainingFromHell: Well it's understandable when someone like [[SternTeacher Sebastian]] is in charge of preparing her to meet the queen. Downplayed when he becomes too harsh and she storms off
on him]].him, leading to Lizzie helping to make her lessons easier to handle.
* {{Tykebomb}}: [[spoiler:She's actually a test subject used for a military project to develop the stable mustard gas. Her entire life as the "Green Witch" was just a way to manipulate her into concentrating in her research.]]
* UnusualEuphemism: [[spoiler: Doesn't get any less unusual (or [[{{Squick}} squicky]], considering her age) than "[[NarmCharm Tonight I destroy the key to the secret chamber that I have guarded for the past eleven years of my life.]]"]]
* UnwittingPawn: Believed that the "ultimate magic" she was creating would [[TheMagicComesBack restore miasma to the world]], making it more habitable for supernatural creatures like the werewolves. [[spoiler: She was actually solving a formula for a chemical weapon meant for bioterrorism. [[NiceJobBreakingItHero Whoopsie.]]]]
* WalkingSpoiler: Check out those blank spaces.
* WhiteMage: Performs a healing ritual to save victims of the werewolf's curse. Chapter 97 indicates [[spoiler:the "healing ritual" was false because the "werewolf's curse" is not miasma, but a chemical weapon.]]
* WholesomeCrossdresser: [[spoiler: Has to swap clothes with Ciel as a disguise.]] Even before that, she would have been perfectly willing to wear Ciel's clothes simply because they're from the "outside world". Though in her case it's probably curiosity more than anything.
* YoungAndInCharge: The landlord of the village at only 11 years old. She's a descendant of the village's "founder". [[spoiler:Subverted.]]

An old woman of the Wolfsschlucht village, whose main duties are to give advice to Sieglinde and to warn outsiders not to enter the Werewolves' Forest.
------
* AbusiveMom: [[spoiler: She made up the whole "witch offering her legs to werewolves" legend to keep Siegliende from escaping if she found out the truth. She broke the legs of ''her own daughter'' just to keep her in the village.]]
* ArcVillain: [[spoiler:Of the Green Witch arc. She's responsible for everything that happened in the village.]]

From her point of view, Siegliende should be ''happy'' that she created a chemical weapon meant for bioterrorism.]]

So when her daughter Siegliende displayed her dead husband's intelligence, she made the little girl an UnwittingPawn to finish the project in memory of her husband.]]
* LukeIAmYourFather: [[spoiler:She's Siegliende's birth mother, but kept this fact secret from her as part of the fake story she told the little girl all her life.]]
* MadScientist: [[spoiler:The whole village is actually a military area, the villagers are soldiers in disguise and Siegliende is an UnwittingPawn for her own mother. Just to finish the previously failed project on the mass-production of a stable biological weapon.]]
