Our innocent and cheerful main character who, on her first day, not only becomes the class representative, but is also given the title of Secretary of Best Student Council. Among the Best Student Council, she is the only one that does not have any good ability or specialty, but her emotions are intense. She is prone to easily cry when hurt, lonely, or showing sympathy.

The oldest member of the Best Student Council, the captain of the Covert Squad and Minamo's elder sister. [[spoiler: She was born into the Jinguuji, but her power had never awoken unlike Kanade and thus had to change her name.]] Being a close friend [[spoiler: and presumably a relative]] of Kanade's since childhood, Seina is also a good adviser to her, letting Kanade tell her things that she wouldn't be able to tell Nanaho or any other members. She keeps watch of almost everything that goes on in the school and dormatory. Despite her situation with all of this and her sister's illness, her personality is almost always cheerful and optimistic.

The best member of the Covert Squad and uses shurikens as her WeaponOfChoice. Because of the Covert's Squad's peculiarity She almost never makes appearances in front of the other members.

* BewareOfTheNiceOnes: Has an outburst in the semi-final, when a man attacks Minamo, causing her to berate him about putting his hands on a girl. She does this while speaking very fluent Japanese (or speaking eloquently in the dub).

The second vice president of the best student council and is the top ranking member of the Covert Squad. Her father is the president of a rather large company. Is mixed with foreign blood from her grandfather.
