Her interaction invokes an image of a flirtatious lady, but she is... enough said, purely innocent at heart.

* ShesGotLegs: Her alternate skins reveal that her legs are as notable as her chest. Even her normal skin somewhat uses this, as the lower have of her skirt is slightly translucent.

* BeneathTheMask: While she generally tries to act calm and ladylike like her sisters, she's actually more temperamental and laid back in nature, shown in a special set of lines (a first for AL) post oath that has her being honest with the commander. Fitting for one of the youngest sisters.

It's shown to be blinking in her Live [=2D=] skin, and it has different sizes and shapes in all of her other skins. This is strongly emphasized in the anime, where it clearly moves around and can change its size so Unicorn can ride her in combat.
* MountedCombat: In the anime, U-Chan can transform big enough that she rides on it in combat while flying high in the air.

* SixthRanger: Despite not being a destroyer, recent media seems to place her as this to the starter quartet, between her substituting for Z23 in the anime and a recent Juustagram post of said destroyer taking a selfie with "everyone", which includes Unicorn. This is rooted from Dec 2017, which marked a boom in players of the Japanese version in part due to a number of things being given away, including Unicorn, basically making her an honorary one in many player's eyes.

* SupportPartyMember: She has two Support skills: Support Carrier, which heals the vanguard after deploying an airstrike, and Reload Command to passively increase the Reload stat of the vanguard at the start of battle.

* ACupAngst: She most definitely is ''not'' happy about her small chest, and especially not when someone else brings it up. Best seen in ''Queen's Orders'' [[where she is really annoyed whenever someone brings it up, and even more annoyed when she realizes just how many of the Royal ships have large busts, eventually forming a club for Royal ships with flat chests, not realizing until the party's over that Unicorn, who she invited to the club, is bustier than her[[/note]], during the Dead or Alive collaboration event, or when Lutzow is curious why the leader of the Royal Navy faction is not [[ExpectingSomeoneTaller taller]] and has more "armor" around her chest area. Even her assertion that being petite is a "royal characteristic" comes across as a half-hearted justification.

* AwesomeButImpractical: Her barrage skill is improved when she equips a certain main gun, as well as making said gun more accurate, granting it a generous boost to critical hit chance, and reducing its first salvo's cooldown by 75% each battle. The catch? The gun in question is the '''quadruple 356mm main cannon''', one of the slowest, weakest, and most inaccurate main guns for battleships. While it can be a viable option for mob-clearing, even with the buff she will still lag behind most purple rarity main guns in terms of DPS.

* MsFanservice: Oh, yeah. StatuesqueStunner, BoobsOfSteel, and [[ShesGotLegs a pair of long, shapely legs]] shown off quite nicely by her ZettaiRyouiki. And a [[BadassInANiceSuit sharp dresser]] to boot. A classy take.

* ArtisticLicenseHistory: In real life HMS ''Hermes'' was a relative failure. She was so small she could only equip a marginal air wing even by 1920s standards--never mind the much bigger 1940s aircraft. Shipgirl Hermes suffers no such weakness: retrofitted, her fully-levelled airpower stat is the same as Ranger, a larger carrier that carried three times as many aircraft. And she can equip giant torpedo planes like the Douglas Skypirate which in real life could have only been landed on her by a dockside crane.

** Giant Hunter is Ajax and Achilles' signature skill, but it obviously only works against heavy cruisers. Because heavy cruisers are fairly out-of-the-meta for [=PvP=] due to low evasion making them glass cannons anyway, this mostly relegates them to heavy-cruiser-specific maps and makes them just average outside of them compared to ships that have a functional second skill. However in versions with levels going up into 120, Heavy Cruisers will see a new use in [=PvP=] due to gaining sizable amounts of evasion by 120 (with it likely happening at lv110 and onwards). With the Dec 22nd update, the skill was tweaked to be less specific by having the damage boost against medium armor enemies (so they can do more against most carriers) and having a buff to their evasion and torpedo stats.

** Her line in the game could be interpreted as her having an InferioritySuperiorityComplex about it as well. She is quite dismayed by the fact that the seeming BreastExpansion by drinking the "Queen Elizabeth" blend "tea" is just a result of a fever dream from being knocked out by the tea.
* PowerCreepPowerSeep: Lizzie is pretty lacking in comparison to the other Faction Flagships. This is partly due to being the one who's been playable the longest, meaning the others have had the luxury of seeing changes in how the game is played and adjusting stats and abilities accordingly to be competitive and desirable out of the gate (Nagato & Richelieu, for example) while she has been left in the dust and frankly in desperate need of a few buffs (which a retrofit which she is yet to get may provide). Dido's ability to buff her is seen as a small band-aid to this problem.

* UtilityPartyMember: Her main skill increases the overall effectiveness of all Royal Navy ships in the party.[[note]]She buffs basically every on-sheet stat for ships in the fleet - Firepower, Aviation, Torpedo, Anti-Air, Evasion and Reload. The only stats she doesn't buff are HP, Speed, Luck and Accuracy.[[/note]] Her aura also ''does'' stack with other, similar skills like Tactical Command. For this reason, she is the main piece of a full Royal Navy fleet (i.e. a party consisting only of Royal Navy ships). Only downside is that her own individual stats are rather middling.

* DamageIncreasingDebuff: Her second skill increases the damage taken by enemy ships that have been afloat for at least 2 seconds by 10% (at max level).
