** Season 2 (''Legacy of the Golden Ninja''): Lord Garmadon, using the power of the Mega Weapon, launches various schemes to defeat the Ninja, in order to prevent Lloyd from becoming the [[TheChosenOne Green Ninja]] and cause his prophesized defeat. When he finds himself on the Dark Island, [[UnwittingPawn manipulated by the Overlord]], he plans to bombard Ninjago with [[OurDarkMatterIsMysterious Dark Matter]], resharping the world in his image. The Overlord plans to use the Dark Matter to tip the balance of Ninjago, allowing him toe cross over and [[DemonicPossession possess Garmadon's body]].

** Pilot: Lord Garmadon, who aims to obtain the Golden Weapons and escape from the Underworld, although Samukai serves as more of a direct antagonist to the Ninja.
** Season 1 (Rise of the Snakes): [[ColonelBadass Pythor]] [[LastOfHisKind P. Chumsworth]], who unites the Serpentine Tribes in order to unleash the Great Devourer to destroy all of Ninjago.
** Season 2 (Legacy of the Golden Ninja): Lord Garmadon again, making various attempts to defeat the ninja using the fused Golden Weapons, [[DiscOneFinalBoss up until]] [[AncientEvil The]] [[DarkIsEvil Overlord]] [[DiscOneFinalBoss takes the position]] with a plan to [[TheCorrupter corrupt all of Ninjago]].
** Season 3 (Rebooted): [[DigitalAbomination The Overlord again]], who seeks to escape from the digital world and absorb Lloyd's Golden Ninja power to become the [[RedBaron Golden Master]].
** Season 4 (Tournament of Elements): [[EvilSorcerer Master Chen]], who aims to [[ElementalAbsorption absorb every element from the Elemental Masters]] in order to turn his cult (himself included) into [[SnakePeople Anacondrai]] and begin the Second Serpentine War.
** Season 5 (Possession): [[DimensionLord The Preeminent]], with [[BlowYouAway Morro]] as TheHeavy. The former seeks to escape and unleash a curse on all the 16 realms (of which Ninjago is one). The latter wants revenge on Sensei Wu for [[GreenEyedMonster not giving him the title of Green Ninja]], and possesses Lloyd, who was given the title instead.
** Season 6 (Skybound): [[JackassGenie Nadakhan]], who wishes to make himself all-powerful and remake his homeworld Djinnjago from pieces of Ninjago.
** [[HalloweenEpisode Day of the Departed]]: [[ImmortalityImmorality Sensei Yang]], who temporarily resurrects previously defeated villains to kill the ninja in order to take their place among the living.
** Season 7 (Hands of Time): [[TimeMaster Acronix and Krux]], who want to use the four Time Blades to conquer Ninjago in the past.
** Season 8 (Sons of Garmadon): The Quiet One/[[spoiler:[[EvilAllAlong Princess Harumi]]]], leader of the Sons of Garmadon, who seeks to use the three [[MaskOfPower Oni Masks]] to raise [[HijackedByGanon Garmadon]] from the dead as a being of pure evil.
** Season 9 (Hunted): [[BigBadEnsemble Has two Big Bads]], [[TwoLinesNoWaiting one in Ninjago, and one in the First Realm]]. In the First Realm, the BigBad is [[FantasticRacism Iron Baron]], who wants the Golden Dragon armor so he can control the Firstbourne Dragon. In Ninjago, the BigBad is [[spoiler: Emperor Garmadon]], who has taken over Ninjago and seeks to crush the resistance.
** Season 10 (March of the Oni): [[DarkIsEvil The Omega]], leader of the Oni that seeks to [[OmnicidalManiac erase all of Creation from every realm in existence]], blanketing them in destruction.
** Season 11 (Secrets of Forbidden Spinjitsu) is divided into two parts, the Fire Chapter and the Ice Chapter. [[LightIsNotGood Aspheera]] is the BigBad of the Fire Chapter, while The Ice Emperor serves as the primary villain of the Ice Chapter. [[spoiler: Or so it appears, anyway, as he is eventually revealed to be [[FallenHero Zane]], suffering from amnesia and being manipulated by his TreacherousAdvisor [[TheCorrupter Vex]], the true villain of the Ice Chapter.]]
** Season 12 (Prime Empire): [[GrewBeyondTheirProgramming Unagami]], the FinalBoss of the InUniverse video game "[[ShowWithinAShow Prime Empire]]".
** Season 13 (Master of the Mountain): The Skull Sorcerer/[[spoiler: [[BitchInSheepsClothing King Vangelis]]]], who uses the Skull of Hazza D'ur to [[SlaveryIsASpecialKindOfEvil enslave the Geckles and Munce]].
** The Island Miniseries: Chief Mammatus, The leader of the Keepers, who capture the ninja after assuming they intend to steal the amulet they protect. The Keepers eventually attempt to sacrifice them in order to appease the evil storm spirit Wojira [[spoiler: (actually a fake created by Ronin to scam the Keepers out of their treasures)]].
** Season 14 (Seabound): [[TheEvilPrince Prince Kalmaar]] of the [[FishPeople Merlopians]], who overthrows his father and seeks to awaken Wojira so [[OmnicidalManiac he may exterminate the surface-dwellers]].
** Season 15 (Crystalised): The Crystal King [[spoiler:AKA. [[ReturningBigBad The Overlord]] seeks to destroy the balance between light and darkness to ensure "peace in the dark".]] To this end, [[spoiler:he recrutes the [[ArcVillain Arc Villains]] from previous seasons to serve as his council and uses Vengestone to create an army, even attempting to corrupt the Ninjas.]]

** [[Characters/FriendshipIsMagicQueenChrysalis Queen Chrysalis]] is the first major villain to reoccur ''and'' stay villainous, being the main antagonist of both the Season 2 and Season 6 finales.

* ''WesternAnimation/SheRaAndThePrincessesOfPower'': For most of the series it follows the same format as it's [[WesternAnimation/SheRaPrincessOfPower parent show]] with the Horde's leader Hordak as the main antagonist and Shadow Weaver and later Catra as his {{dragon}}s however things get more complicated as the seasons go by:

* ''WesternAnimation/FostersHomeForImaginaryFriends'' does an interesting example. While it borders on NoAntagonist in the more normal episodes - mostly having their episodes happening thanks to Bloo's selfish and egoistical personality manufacturing problems - the {{TVMovie|s}} on the other hand have big bads.
** ''WesternAnimation/HouseOfBloos'': Terrence and Duchess.
** ''WesternAnimation/GoodWiltHunting'': Foul Larry
** ''WesternAnimation/DestinationImagination'': World. However, World's more of an AntiVillain, being more of a scared little kid with some ''serious'' abandonment issues and just wants a friend.

** The [[IneffectualSympatheticVillain Ice King]] served as main antagonist initially, particularly in Seasons 1 and 2 where he often acts as Finn and Jake's main nemesis by kidnapping the Princesses the two have to save. Over time, the Ice King becomes more sympathetic and less villainous, especially after his backstory is revealed, and the role of main villain goes to the [[KnightOfCerebus Lich]], an undead sorcerer who seeks [[OmnicidalManiac the extinction of all life]] and is by far one of the most dangerous threats to the land of Ooo.
** When the Lich isn't the main concern, other villains act as the antagonist for a [[StoryArc arc or subplot]] such as the original Earl of Lemongrab (after losing his sanity and oppressing his Lemon Children), Orgalorg (a power hungry EldritchAbomination who is the true identity of [[spoiler:the Ice King's penguin, Gunter,]]), the Vamps (a group of five vampires slain by Marceline, only to be accidentally restored to life), and Dr. Gross (the MadScientist who unleashed the plague that caused the plot of the Islands miniseries).

* ''WesternAnimation/{{Ben 10}}'': [[GalacticConqueror Vilgax]]. He's wounded grievously in the pilot, drives the plot of most of Season 1 from behind the scenes, and finally shows up in person in the Season 1 finale, bigger, meaner, smarter, and tougher than anything Ben's faced before. From there on out, he's usually put somewhere between appearances that keeps him from getting involved... He's also an ImplacableMan and a {{Determinator}}, so he HAS to be kept out of the picture for other plot arcs to happen.

* ''WesternAnimation/TheDragonPrince'' has [[EvilChancellor Lord Viren]]. Originally just a PsychoSupporter to King Harrow, whose advice and actions end up inadvertently pushing humanity and the elves towards war, he [[LetNoCrisisGoToWaste takes advantage]] of the king's death and the two princes' disappearances to try and [[RegentForLife seize power for himself]] and start that war on his terms, including launching a FalseFlagOperation on the other human kingdoms to get them on his side. Midway through Season 2, though, this becomes more of a BigBadDuumvirate, as he strikes an alliance with [[SealedEvilInACan Aaravos]]; while the latter is the one who starts coming up with all their schemes, Viren is still the one whose skills and charisma enable them, not least of all due to him needing to act as a WillingChanneler for Aaravos' magic for it to happen.

* ''WesternAnimation/MiraculousLadybug'': [[TheCorrupter Hawk Moth]]. He is directly responsible for [[BrainwashedAndCrazy akumatizing]] every other villain that Ladybug and Cat Noir face, and his goal is to steal their [[TransformationTrinket Miraculouses]] [[spoiler:to erase something from his past]].

** [[MadGod Discord]] in Season 2, as he is the main threat in both parts of the season premiere. He later becomes one of the series' first recurring villains, but in his second appearance has a partial HeelFaceTurn, which is later solidified further down the line.
** [[GodSaveUsFromTheQueen Queen Chrysalis]] is the first major villain to reoccur ''and'' stay villainous, being the main antagonist of both the Season 2 and Season 6 finales.
** [[EvilOverlord King Sombra]] is the antagonist of the Season 3 premiere, and later returns as the [[TheHeavy most active threat]] of the Season 9 premiere [[spoiler: though there he's just an UnwittingPawn of the season's ''true'' Big Bad, Grogar]].
** [[KnightOfCerebus Lord Tirek]] is this in Season 4. He appears in the [[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS4E25TwilightsKingdomPart1 season]] [[Recap/MyLittlePonyFriendshipIsMagicS4E26TwilightsKingdomPart2 finale]], as the entire StoryArc of the season has been building up to the battle with him. He is also a revamp of the ''original'' MLP Big Bad.
** Sunset Shimmer from ''WesternAnimation/MyLittlePonyEquestriaGirls'', who steals the crown and antagonizes Twilight throughout her high school experience.

** Season 8 has [[BitchInSheepsClothing Cozy Glow]], who spends the whole season manipulating everyone at the School of Friendship as part of a plot to steal Equestria's magic and take over.

* ''WesternAnimation/SamuraiJack'': Aku, an [[MadeOfEvil embodiment of pure evil]] and the titular character's ArchEnemy. After conquering Jack's home and enslaving his people, Aku is defeated by Jack and is barely able to survive by banishing Jack to the distant future where he now has complete control over the world and is spreading his rule across the universe. Aku serves as Jack's greatest obstacle as the latter tries to find a way back to his time period and finish what he started to prevent the awful future from ever occurring. [[SamuraiJack/TropesSeason5 Fifty years later]], with Samurai Jack unable to age as an unforeseen side effect of Aku's spell, Jack must now regain the drive to finish his quest after so many years of failure while fighting against the HighPriestess (a LoonyFan of Aku who seeks to kill Jack to gain Aku's favor) and [[EnemyWithin Jack's Inner Self]].

** In Season 1 and 2 Hordak is the uncontested master of the Fright Zone and, while rarely seen, his orders are absolute. That said he rarely leaves his sanctum and lets Shadow Weaver and Catra do the heavy lifting making them the more direct antagonists for the Rebellion.
** By mid Season 3, [[spoiler:Catra's growing resentment for Adora, combined with her anger at Shadow Weaver leaving her for Adora, and her desire to win, causes her to manipulate the entire cast, including Hordak himself, into opening a reality fracturing portal regardless of the cost making her the seasons main villain.]]

** [[spoiler:After appearing sporadically throughout the series Horde Prime arrives in the last episode of Season 4 in order to use the Heart of Etheria to wipe out his enemies. The conflict with him and the Galactic Horde is the main conflict of the final season and he is such an evil bastard that everyone teams up to take him down.]]

** Cartman himself acts as the main villain whenever he isn't a VillainProtagonist. His manipulations and schemes are the cause of the great deal of the show's conflicts. This is most prominent in the [[Recap/SouthParkTheCoonAndFriendsTrilogy "Coon and Friends" trilogy]], as well as Season 21.

* ''WesternAnimation/SpongeBobSquarePants'' has Plankton. Archenemy of Mr.Krabs, Plankton has hatched countless schemes to run the Krusty Krab out of business, with Spongebob often being the only thing standing in his way. Despite often being portrayed as an IneffectualSympatheticVillain and FriendlyEnemy to Spongebob, he's still the most frequent source of conflict. This is especially prominent in [[WesternAnimation/TheSpongeBobSquarePantsMovie the first movie]], where his Plan Z leads to him taking over Bikini Bottom and nearly getting Mr. Krabs killed.

* The BigBadDuumvirate of ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'' is the Great Diamond Authority, a trio of Gems that are ruling the Homeworld Gems and created feral [[MonsterOfTheWeek Monsters of the Week]]. Most of the problems faced in the first three seasons were caused by Yellow Diamond, Peridot and Jasper's superior who is in charge of the Cluster geoweapon, a mass fusion of shattered Gems in Earth's core that will crack apart the planet like an egg if it forms.
** The episode "Legs From Here to Homeworld" introduces White Diamond, a Diamond who even manages to [[TheDreaded strike fear in both Blue and Yellow Diamond]]. She is also revealed to be the leader of the group, making her the main antagonist of the show.

** The [[WesternAnimation/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles2003 2003 cartoon]] firmly cements Shredder/Ch'Rell as the main villain of the first three seasons, [[AdaptationalBadass being a far more dangerous foe than previous incarnations]]. Season 4 has [[AntiVillain Bishop]], a government agent who'll go to extremes to protect Earth from alien threats, Season 5 has [[EldritchAbomination The Tengu]] (the demon whose legend inspired the Shredder), and Season 6 has [[EvilUncle Darius]] [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Dun]]. By Season 7, the ''original'' Shredder made his triumphant return as a digital program and in the flesh in the [[WesternAnimation/TurtlesForever concluding film]].
** The [[WesternAnimation/TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles2012 2012 cartoon]] initially features a BigBadEnsemble between Shredder and Kraang Prime. In Season 4, the Triceratons briefly take over as the villains, then once they're defeated Shredder returns to the position.

** ''Island (2007)'': [[AlphaBitch Heather]] serves as the main antagonist of the season, and is by far the most iconic one among the contestants.
** ''Action'': [[AcademicAlphaBitch Courtney]] is this for the second half of the season (and can be considered the main villain of the season overall), after being re-added onto the show and getting [[BigBadWannabe Justin]] eliminated.

** ''All-Stars'': [[SuperpoweredEvilSide Mal]], Mike's dormant SplitPersonality who takes over his body, and overall acts as the primary source of conflict in the season.

* ''WesternAnimation/AdventureTime'' had the [[IneffectualSympatheticVillain Ice King]] as main antagonist of Season 1, acting as Finn and Jake's main nemesis by kidnapping the Princesses the two have to save. Over time, the Ice King becomes more sympathetic and less villainous, especially after his backstory is revealed, and the role of main villain goes to the [[KnightOfCerebus Lich]], an undead sorcerer who seeks the extinction of all life and will use any method to achieve it, from replenishing his strength at his well of power, to seeking Prismo to wish for it, to forming an army of intergalactic criminals, and opening a portal to the Multiverse. When the Lich isn't the main concern, there are other villains that serve as the antagonists of their respective [[StoryArc arc or subplot]], such as the original Earl of Lemongrab (after losing his sanity completely, he oppresses and abuses his Lemon Children and brother), Orgalorg (an EldritchAbomination who is revealed to be the true identity of the Ice King's penguin, Gunter, and seeks to gain power from a Catalyst Comet), the Vamps (a group of five vampires that were once slain by Marceline, accidentally restored to life when Marceline's vampire essence was removed), and Dr. Gross (a MadScientist and cyborg who is responsible for the events of the Islands miniseries, having a unleashed a plague that took the lives of many, leading to Finn's mother uploading her mind into a computer and becoming overprotective of the populace). Once the Lich is no longer a threat, the final season initially has Gumbald (Princess Bubblegum's creation that went rouge and attempted to turn her into a simple-minded candy person, only for that fate to befall him instead), who had been restored after the events of ''Skyhooks II'' and has recruited Fern and other Adventure Time villains to help him get rid of Bubblegum once and for all. After Finn and Jake stop the upcoming war Gumbald plans to start, he is reduced to a BigBadWannabe and the final antagonist ends up being GOLB, the primordial entity of discord that destroys whatever world it appears in and is apparently the creator of the Lich.

* ''WesternAnimation/StarComTheUSSpaceForce'': The main antagonist is Emperor Dark, the evil leader of Shadow Force and a cruel despot who wants to rule the entire solar system.

* ''WesternAnimation/OneHundredAndOneDalmatianStreet'': [[CruellaToAnimals Cruella de Vil]] is the main villain; having spent the first season tasking her great-nephew, [[TheDragon Hunter]], with tracking down and capturing the dalmatian puppies for her to kill and make into coats as revenge for their ancestors foiling her plans long ago.
* ''WesternAnimation/TheAdventuresOfJimmyNeutronBoyGenius'': [[EvilOverlord King Goobot]] was the main antagonist of [[WesternAnimation/JimmyNeutronBoyGenius the movie]], but Jimmy's most frequent antagonist on the show ended up being [[EvilGenius Prof. Calamitous]]. Goobot ''did'' reappear in an hour-long special episode in Season 1, and the show's GrandFinale revolved around him assembling a team consisting of various villains throughout the show (including the aforementioned Calamitous) in an effort to defeat Jimmy once and for all.

* ''WesternAnimation/AdventuresOfTheGummiBears'' has Duke Igthorn, a BlackKnight who regularly plots to obtain the Gummi Bears' SuperStrength-endowing Gummiberry juice, among other ancient Gummi Bear technology, in order to depose the King of Dunwyn.

* ''WesternAnimation/AmericanDragonJakeLong'' has [[ANaziByAnyOtherName The Huntsman]], the #4 threat to the magical world who seeks the extermination of Magical Creatures, and has also kidnapped [[LoveInterest Rose]] when she was only a baby and raised her to be a loyal member of the huntsclan. Once he meets his end, the [[GreaterScopeVillain Dark Dragon]] ends up being the FinalBoss of the series.
* The ultimate antagonist of ''WesternAnimation/{{Amphibia}}'' is the Core (aka "Darcy"), the HiveMind consciousness of every previous ruler of Newtopia--the kingdom that holds overall rule over Amphibia--has been assimilated into. Captain Grime and King Andrias serve as the ArcVillain of the first and second seasons respectively, but the Core is ultimately responsible for the millennia-spanning conflict of the show.

* ''WesternAnimation/BigCityGreens'': Chip Whistler. He's their main enemy for the Farmer's Market and the CEO of Wholesome Foods, and is always plotting to run them out of Big City.

** Season 1 has Magica De Spell, a villainous sorceress with a grudge against clan [=McDuck=] and Scrooge's most personal foe. Having been trapped in Scrooge's Number One Dime during a confrontation years before the start of the series, Magica spends the season forcing Lena to gain the family's trust so she can get close enough to take the Dime; allowing her to escape from it. This culminates in her freeing herself and launching a full scale attack on Duckburg, with the intent of destroying everything Scrooge ever loved.
** Season 2 has General Lunaris, the fanatical leader of the Moonlanders. Disgusted by his father's fear of Earth, Lunaris spent decades planning an invasion so he may prove that the Moon is superior. After finding Della, Lunaris aids her in repairing the Spear of Selene, allowing her to befriend the Moonlanders and promise to show them Earth, only to stage her betrayal. By the season finale, having spent months observing Scrooge and his family, getting the ship's blueprints from Della and rallying the Moonlanders, he leads an invasion, ultimately planning to force Earth to orbit the moon.
** Season 3 has F.O.W.L., the most powerful and feared criminal organization on Earth, with chairman of Scrooge's Board of Directors, Bradford Buzzard, leading it right under his nose. Their ultimate goal being to put an end to the [=McDuck=]'s adventures once and for all.

%%* Stewie Griffin from ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'' was the Big Bad in the early seasons, although this role has been occupied by Carter Pewterschmidt in later seasons.

%% * There are two main villains whose overarching schemes [[VillainsActHeroesReact drive the plot]] of ''WesternAnimation/{{Gargoyles}}'': [[MagnificentBastard Xanatos]] and [[WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds Demona]]. As the show progresses, however, [[spoiler:Xanatos]] gets character development leading to a HeelFaceTurn (kind of), leaving [[spoiler:Demona]] the unchallenged Big Bad by the time of the GrandFinale. * ''WesternAnimation/GravityFalls'':
** [[SmallTownTyrant Gideon]] [[EnfantTerrible Gleeful]] is the main villain of Season 1, being Stan's business rival and Dipper and Mabel's most prominent antagonist, who regularly hatched schemes to get control of the Mystery Shack where one of the missing journals is hidden, and aimed to obtain their power to use for his own ends.
** Come Season 2, [[EldritchAbomination Bill Cipher]] takes up the mantle and becomes the most active threat to the Pines after being revealed to be Season 1's GreaterScopeVillain. He's been monitoring and manipulating the Pines family into granting him a way to merge his home dimension, a nightmare realm full of other demons and abominations, with Earth, so that he can rule both realms and cause Weirdmageddon. He's the one responsible for getting Stanford to build the portal to begin with and the journals were hidden specifically to prevent him from using them. [[spoiler:All of this finally comes to head in the "Weirdmageddon" multi-part finale, where he obtains his physical form and unleashes chaos all across Gravity Falls, serving as the show's FinalBoss.]]

%% * Janja from ''WesternAnimation/TheLionGuard''. Though by the end of "The Rise of Scar", Scar [[HijackedByGanon reclaims his position]] as the [[GreaterScopeVillain main villain, but since he's just a spirit]], Janja and Ushari still have to do the heavy lifting.

* ''WesternAnimation/TheOwlHouse'' has Emperor Belos, the ruler of the Boiling Isles. He's a tyrannical dictator and SoftSpokenSadist, who seeks to induct everyone into his Coven system before the [[VaguenessIsComing Day of Unity]], and the {{Arc Villain}}s of both seasons (Lilith in Season 1 and The Golden Guard/Hunter in Season 2) are carrying out his direct orders. [[spoiler:It later turns out that Belos is really Philip Wittebane, a 17th century human WitchHunter who plans to use the sigils as a means to [[FinalSolution kill every witch on the Boiling Isles]], using the eclipse on the Day of Unity. After his defeat in the second season, [[HumanoidAbomination The Collector]] takes over, seeking to turn the Boiling Isles into his personal playground, before Belos retakes this role by manipulating the former.]]

* ''WesternAnimation/PennZeroPartTimeHero'': [[PunchClockVillain Rippen]]. His goal is to defeat Penn at least once to become a full-time villain, [[EvilOnlyHasToWinOnce which would in the process disrupt the balance of the multiverse]], and also destroy Penn to wipe out the Zero family line.
* ''WesternAnimation/RandyCunninghamNinthGradeNinja'': The Sorcerer. Despite being imprisoned, everyone who knows that he exists is genuinely terrified of him, as he turns people in despair into monsters to do his will. When out, he can do this endlessly by just hitting people or objects with his Stank. As an arguable trade-off, just hitting these monsters hard enough will return them to normal.

* ''WesternAnimation/SonicTheHedgehogSatAM'': [[EmperorScientist Dr. Robotnik]], an EvilOverlord that took over Mobius before the series began and transformed most of its citizens into his robotic slaves. The entire series centers around Sonic and the Freedom Fighters trying to put a stop to his empire and free Mobius from his control.

* ''WesternAnimation/StarVsTheForcesOfEvil'': initially it's [[TheNapoleon Ludo]], until [[TheStarscream Toffee]] takes his castle and his minions in the penultimate episode of Season 1. In Season 2, Ludo retakes the position after [[TookALevelInBadass taking a level in badass]], [[spoiler: then it turns out Toffee is still around and is still the real threat after all. When out, he can do this endlessly by just hitting people or objects with his Stank. As an arguable trade-off, just hitting these monsters hard enough will return them to normal.
* ''WesternAnimation/ReBoot'' has Megabyte. He is the main villain in this show and never suffered from VillainDecay. He even strands Bob in the Web for 10 episodes. Even after the Daemon arc, which threatened the entire net, Megabyte's return invokes a lot more fear in the heroes than Daemon ever did. This fear is well founded, as Megabyte takes over the Principal office in less than 2 episodes since returning.

%%* Pendulum Depot from ''WesternAnimation/RobotAndMonster''. However, he only appeared in one of the last few episodes of the show's [[ShortRunners first and only season]], so it's really hard to consider him one.
* [[MadScientist Dr. Kamikazi]] from ''WesternAnimation/{{Robotboy}}'', who along with his henchman [[TheDragon Constantine]], want to capture Robotboy so Kamikazi can reprogram him to TakeOverTheWorld. Kamikazi is also responsible for [[spoiler:[[BrainwashedAndCrazy reprogramming]] Protoboy into a PsychoPrototype, making him indirectly responsible for the evil Protoboy commits]].
* [[MadScientist Fritz Huhnmorder]] in ''WesternAnimation/RobotChicken'', since he forces the chicken to watch the crossovers on the television. In the 100th episode the chicken kills him and in the Season 6 intro turns him into a robot and sentences him to watching the show in retaliation, then his son takes over as the villain in the Season 7 finale.

And in any case, at the end of the season [[spoiler: the Mayor]] is arrested, leaving Pericles to take on the role fully.
*** In the second season, Pericles has formed a BigBadDuumvirate with Mr. E / [[spoiler: Ricky Owens]], and clearly holds the more dominant position of the two. Basically, Pericles has secured his place as ''the'' Big Bad of this show. Though in the final episodes, [[spoiler: it turns out Pericles has been serving the [[SealedEvilInACan Nibiru]] [[GreaterScopeVillain entity]], which in turn has been manipulating events since long before the series started. And in the GrandFinale, it escapes and [[GrandTheftMe steals Pericles' body]], thus becoming the FinalBoss.]]
