* Prince Wein Salema Arbalest of Natra from Literature/TheGeniusPrincesGuideToRaisingANationOutOfDebtHeyHowAboutTreason is a quite comically pessimistic AccidentalHero, but the biggest way to get on his bad side is to insult Ninym, his Flahm aide, escort and LoveInterest (something not helped by the fact that the western nations hate Flahm in general and like to enslave them). While he won't immediately fly off the handle, Wein will go full on ruthless on those who dare to insult "his heart".

As far as I know the MISAKA examples are one off jokes. Kurokos perverted antics are a normal thing to be mad about, I don't recall mikoto ever being confused for a child, she gets frustrated when she loses to touma, but that happens with pretty much everything he does. She is a tsundere afterall

** One played for laughs: don't steal MISAKA 10032's nightvision goggles. She's got an assault rifle in her schoolbag and unless the thief is Last Order, she WILL shoot to kill. She also gets pissed if people eat food (like candy) shaped like animals, especially if she was admiring them. When people try to justify it by saying it was not really the animal, she just gets angrier because it reminds her of how she is a clone.
** And the original Misaka Mikoto has a few as well. On the comedic side, we have Kuroko trying to peek at her panties, Touma continuously defeating her in fair fights, and being mistaken for a child.

This is eventually deconstructed; when the series starts, Escrima is the most sensitive, but it turns out that the bad food is mostly the fault of the Space Legion, which gives him bottom-quality ingredients bought on the cheap. When Phule manages to buy proper food, and Escrima is no longer blamed for things beyond his control, he mellows considerably.
