Up To Eleven is a defunct trope

* Raging Waves (''[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpyD1VpgVdc Samurai Warriors 2]]'', ''[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jc7CdtiWLUg Samurai Warriors 4]]''), the theme for the Shikoku campaign, is chock-full of shamisen shredding... fitting for a song associated with [[MusicalAssassin Motochika Chokosabe]]. The ''Samurai Warriors 4'' version makes it even more awesome by adding a dance beat. It becomes even more epic in the second game Motochika's Dream Stage where he fights the hypothetical Oda Army on Shikoku, [[UpToEleven twice the size of the original Toyotomi one]].

Spoilers shouldn't be marked on Awesome subpages.

* The [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qhVZY5Y2bM Yamazaki battle theme]] from first game is possibly '''the best''' compared to the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7N7H8y_UKKI second]] and [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=If2PGBWmzxI third]] game's version. It brings chills where it indicates how people take Mitsuhide's betrayal seriously and wants him to be punished. It's a good thing the first game's version return in ''VideoGame/WarriorsOrochi 3'', where the human resistance is facing against Susano'o's Mystic army. It's also the stage where the Mystic leader reveals to the humans that [[spoiler:Daji]] has been hiding [[spoiler:Orochi X's]] corpse to try to resurrect him. No wonder KOEI use the first game's music, which is more haunting and thus reflecting the danger that is faced by humans once again.

o/~ Ohhh if you want to be possessive it's just I-T-S / But if it's supposed to be a contraction then it's I-T-apostrophe-S! o/~ And that's not how to format a wiki link. And examples don't get blank lines between them.

* Many of Spirit of Sanada's soundtracks could qualify but 'Defender of Awa- Masayuki' is a definite highlight which depicts Masayuki as a heroic, exuberant figure and plays during the story's more pivotal moments.

* The trailer music for "Samurai Warriors 5" has a nice fusion of techno and oriental styles, as well as incorporating more rock like it's sister series [[Dynasty Warriors]].
