You do realize this is a false equivalent, right? Silver and Mephiles didn't interact at all as enemies: Silver trusted the guy because he gave him a solution to his problem. Infinite is not comparable, as he's openly boasting he's going to kick his butt, and Silver responds accordingly. There's no awesome moment in here.

*** Something that shouldn't be understated is that Silver was first introduced [[VideoGame/SonicTheHedgehog2006 taking Mephiles' words at face value]] and playing into his hands… but he makes it clear [[ShutUpHannibal he isn't gonna take any of that shit]] from Infinite this time:

* The fact that it only took one year to make Hedgehog Engine 2 definitely counts. Shows just how efficient the developers are.

Two words with added context doesn't really work well in this case. Why use the "two words" bit if you need more context?

* Two words: [[spoiler:TRIPLE BOOST. For context, the Avatar, Classic Sonic, and Modern Sonic, all defeat the FinalBoss in one boost. ** It's also incredibly satisfying knowing that the Avatar is finally getting their revenge on Infinite after he murdered all of their innocent friends/squadmates on-screen at the start of the game.
** One could also say that by this point, the Avatar has probably opened up to Sonic and told him about the trauma they went through. It becomes Heartwarming thinking that Sonic was probably not just getting revenge on Infinite for himself, but also for his friend.
