Earnest: It is awfully specific, and not that well described or formatted, but it might be salvageable (or I'm being a blind optimist). It's got three examples and a name... such as it is... and is basically a Downer Ending or Diabolus ex Machina perpetrated by an Eldritch Abomination. I think this can be safely cutlisted (it only has one wick) unless someone wants to make a compelling argument for keeping.
Anonymous: Why is this listed as an Anime Trope despite not having a single Anime example? Counting the examples it should be a Video Games trope, if it's a trope at all.

Jason: I have some questions about the Jasmine example. Should the Knights Templar link be there instead of Your Mileage May Vary? This troper for one never bought her claims that it was for people's own good. And the claim that they had to deal with the devil to set things back? The people Connor was holding hostage didn't seem homicidal or suicidal.
Ozzie: I feel like this page could really do with a better quote, since the one used is shortly before Flash kicks his ass so hard that Flash nearly ceases to exist, which is absolutely not in the spirit of the trope.
