However, in fact, the Fourteenth Amendment specifically used language that indicates all persons, regardless of citizenship, are protected.

So, I had a vague idea that MC Hammer wasn't technically the One-Hit Wonder we think of him as today, but what I didn't know was that his highest placing single on the Billboard charts wasn't even "U Can't Touch This"; It was "Pray", a song I'd never heard until I recently found a used late-80's/early 90's pop-rap compilation that included it.
