Speaking of which, I could buy this house in Omaha, NE: Wonderful 2 story in popular neighborhood with 4 bed, 4 bath. Great location to shopping schools + restaurants. New carpet, new paint, 2015 A/C + furnace. Large master suite w/ walk in closet. 2 sided fireplace between living room & hearth room. Large 17.8 x 19.5 deck w/ level backyard, fenced + sprinklers. 2016 roof & gutters, lots of storage.

Instead, in Denver, I got this: 1 story in So Okay, It's Average neighborhood with 3 bed, 1 1/2 bath. Two of the worst schools in the state within walking distance. Old carpet, old paint, 2000 furnace. LOL what's a master suite? Crooked deck. Fenced backyard, but the fence is falling down. 2004 roof (which we replaced in 2017)

As an Omahan, I could tell you whether the listing you're reading is telling the truth. Or, you know, all the downsides it doesn't mention. (I love my city. But listings are ads and not very honest.)

Housing ads are ridiculous. I bought the house I'm in (the second listing, LOL) about a year and a half ago, and reading the ads and comparing them with what I knew about the particular suburb was so entertaining.

That was something that I saw mentioned in a few places back when he was campaigning for his first Presidential election, and then again a bunch of times during his first term.
