I've read up on KOF lore in the past, and I wonder if there's some manner of plot for this new one. Mature and Vice's appearance mildly puzzles me, what with them being dead and all. Then again they did temporarily come back in one game... somehow.

They probably got new bodies are some shit.

I actually didn't wanna spoil this bit but...there's a bit later on in a later episode where K' gets knocked down by Nameless but has one of TWO Heroic Resolve get-back-up moments...set to the fucking Ultimate Warrior theme.

And now after having watched the whole first episode, I can safely say that Revenge of Nests is actually fricking amazing. Oh, it's not because it's good, mind you; it's not anywhere close. But it's just so narmily and deliciously BAD that it crosses right back over into awesomeness, though the kickass fights certainly don't hurt. Any KOF fan worth their salt needs to check this out. Just make sure you know what to expect.

Oh and Nameless' voice acting in later episodes gets HILARIOUS. Especially when he tries to sound angry and fighty and instead sounds like Linkara's Superboy Prime voice tried to be Gilbert Gottfried.

I'm just restraining my sadness as the increasingly evident lack of Vanessa.

On the other hand, I'm extremely happy at seeing Tizoc King of Dinosaurs.

(If the leak list for XIV is true, which it probably is, than that last one could actually fricking happen.)

I actually did watch this before but only got to episode 5. I might finish it though admittedly it's pretty long.

And made her an embarrassing The Rock wannabe along with the Gratuitous Spanish because MEXICAN THEREFORE WE MUST HAVE HER SPEAK RANDOM SPEXICAN

Maybe, or maybe you've just got this thread mixed up with the King of Fighters General Discussion thread. For whatever reason, we've got two different KOF threads, and this one just happens to be used a lot less than the other one. So maybe you just clicked on the wrong one.
