Ducks are a kind of dinosaur. (Just as humans are a kind of primate)
If you go that far back, you could say that humans are kind of a rodent.
We are all types of bacteria then.
Let's at least keep the Kingdoms right.
I actually agree with Arha on this. Both Konoka and Setsuna were implied to be bisexual.
Also, that's not how cladistics work. Ducks are dinosaurs, but you wouldn't call humans rodent. You'd call them eutheria AKA placentals.
EDIT:It got more extreme over time, especially towards the end. Off hand, I can think of the waterfall scene, Setsuna's behaviour towards her after Mundus Magicus and the implication she made that she'd like to run away with Konoka, Asuna and Negi in a kind of polygamous eloping session.

Just like I said. A little talk about shipping and the thread is suddenly bustling.

Negi is dressed as a female kitsune. This is when it first becomes noticeable that Negi makes a surprisingly cute girl.
I wouldn't say that's surprising, considering the art-style… I'm more perplex at Ayaka's reaction to it. ^^"
I'm at chapter 92 now, and it's kind of fun to "rediscover" things that I know from UQ as they were originally introduced (the Shinmei style, Fate, the flash step, and such).

Ever heard of Moe? Because that is what Ayaka is feeling.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Marq: There's the diagram and there's also when Setsuna was bathing with her beneath a waterfall. She was getting all hot and bothered with her companion there. Nooo, don't fiddle with my wings, they're sensitive~
Okay, volume 11 finished!
- Well, all the mandatory elements of the tournament arc are there, including both Kû Fei and Negi winning supposedly unwinnable matches, but the fights are pretty thrilling.
- I just expected something a bit more flashy from Mana than… throwing coins…? But well, maybe she'll show something else out of the ring…
- Chachamaru as a Combat Commentator… couldn't they find someone more… enthusiastic?
- I have a feeling Eva is mostly pissed that she will have to wait until the finals to be sure she will have her date with handsome-Negi.
- Colonel Sanders is Nagi. Seriously, I think it's harder to guess Sogeking's identity. Now as to why he would be here… something to do with Chao's plans I guess?

I guess the colonel has lost a lot of weight. But then, how else could he fit into a shounen comic if he wasn't suddenly bishonen?
Mana didn't have access to most of her real weaponry and was fighting head to head at close range in an arena where her mobility is limited, which is really not her preferred style at all. She might have coins to deal with close range but that's about it. Mana is way better than Ku Fei.

I always liked Mana's brief little stint with the coins. Closest thing she can get to firing bullets without using actual bullets, and she gets to sorta-be Misaka for a while.
And oh, Colonel Sanders, how I missed you so. Hope you like what's coming next, Lye.

Erf, it wasn't Nagi… b-but I wasn't that far off! Well, it's worth it just to see Eva panick like that.
A bit surprised by the semi-reveal about Asuna… I'm starting to like her more and more, haha…
And yes, Chisame, of course this is magic, how much more supernatural havoc do you need to see to confirm it?! >.< Ah, well, it took Yue even longer than that, so I can't blame her… it's still sort of hilarious to see her try desperately (and fail miserably) to be the Only Sane Man.
Too bad Kaede vs. Kû Fei won't happen. Twould have been awesome.

Kaede would destroy Ku Fei. She's not nearly as limited fighting in that kind of situation as Mana is.
Kaede is a better strategist, better at thinking on her feet and exploiting the enemy's weaknesses, and until Ku Fei gets her Pactio, Kaede has far better range. It's not much of a contest, really.
Not to mention that, even after the pactios, sure, the range thing is settled for Fei, but Kaede also gets access to the what's probably the best trapping move of all time unless her opponent has a Code of the Lifemaker. It really never was a contest.

Ku picks up ki blasts before she picks up the pactio, I'd like to point out.
D-Don't destroy my Imagine Spots like that… ಥ_ಥ Oh well, they are both awesome anyway!

Ku Fei has the benefit of... getting more screentime and character development? Could be Chao's ancestor?
So volume 12! and 13, and 14… I read a bit too much at once this time… damn you, double volumes…
- Hah! I was right about Sanders after all! … Kind of.
- But, err, Nagi didn't really say anything to his son in the end? He beat the crap out of him, said "be yourself and stop chasing me", and that's it… that felt kind of pointless.
- Evangeline A.K. McDowell, tsundere level: maximum.
- Why is Chisame wearing cat ears after the tournament again?
- Aaand, now Negi has to deal with his "cousin"'s relationship with Ako. You just couldn't say that you had to go back to England or something, that would have been too easy. >.<
- The complete lack of screw-up in their date is surprising though. Negi's harem problems won't get any better once he actually reaches that age, huh…
- I really thought that Yue was going to commit suicide for a moment, that was a bit over-the-top… she's reaaally lucky that Nodoka is Nodoka… and unlucky that Paru is Paru…
- … Wait, how did she survive such a fall in ankle-deep water anyway?
- Meanwhile, Chao went to hide… into the past? I can't really see how that will develop…
So the secret-crumbling count is… 18/31 I think? Between this and Chao's plot, I'm actually amazed that it took several more decades for magic to be exposed to the world at this rate. ò.Ô
Volume 14 brought the focus back on the romantic comedy aspects, but I'm fine with it. The series has managed to balance the romantic side and the action side pretty well so far. I'm still a bit affraid… a bit too much stuff happens these last chapters…
PS: And, haha, I realize only now that the cover page of the first chapter of the series is chock-full of spoilers.

Because Chisame is a cosplayer.
Yue had a rope. I think the carabiner or whatever broke on the way down, but it would have slowed her fall. Since we don't know how far the drop was to begin with it's quite possible it was only fifty feet or something.
You could have just said her name, which would be less spoilery. But yes, Setsuna expresses attraction to her on at least two occasions.
