They gave Vivio a highly detailed, heavily fanservice-y Transformation Sequence into her Older Alter Ego. I don't see why Sein's take on Skinship Grope would be excised.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. Is it not the same as the one in Strikers?
A bit different from Strikers, reflecting her change from Emotionless Girl to Genki Girl.
Lutecia is different from how she was in StrikerS.
Check out my fanfiction! In her first appearance, it is.
After the start of the Tournament Arc, not so much. (NSFW)
"Yup. That tasted purple."Yeah, I much prefer the old one; the new one looks weird and tacky, even aside from the fanservice aspect.
Maybe it's supposed to look weird and tacky, as a representation of Lutecia's personality change over the Time Skip. The Large Ham Genki Girl attitude was jarring enough, now it extends to her fashion sense.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. Not quite sure she's gotten extroverted enough to run around with her underwear on show like that.
"Yup. That tasted purple."Insert Strike Witches meme here?
Check out my fanfiction!I don't think that quite expresses the situation, since they at least kept it to panties. The additional corset-ish top with cleavage on someone Lutecia's age is kind of new.

Nous restons ici. She's 14 in ViVid. Maybe she's supposed to be an early bloomer?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Actually, yeah, I should probably stop complaining then. >.<
"Yup. That tasted purple."I don't think personal modesty correlates to age like that (well, outside very young children and the elderly). Sure, there's a difference in perception, but being younger doesn't necessarily mean more modest. Personality has a lot more to do with it.
Check out my fanfiction! You're talking Watson.
I'm talking Doyle.
Nous restons ici. Then you're not talking to me.
Check out my fanfiction!....wut.
If there's one thing Lu-chan's outfit isn't, it's practical. At least Fate, Subaru, and Nove have reasons as to why they have fanservice-y outfits.
It's breezy. That's got to count for something?
Check out my fanfiction!Comfort?
You're talking to me with that reply of yours before my comment, so I think I am talking to you unless you've decided to cede your entire discussion as silly.
Does that look comfortable? Pushing a 14-year-old's breasts up and together like that? Enough exposed skin you'll feel a draft even in tropical conditions? There is no way that outfit's comfortable.

Nous restons ici.The post I wrote first that you responded to was Watsonian. "Talking to" means having the same discussion with the same understanding of the premise, and responding to a Watsonian post with a Doylist reply fails that. I'm not sure why you'd interpret "not talking to you" so literally, since that's logically impossible to say with that literal interpretation.
And honestly, it kind of does look comfortable. I like breezy clothes.

Check out my fanfiction!First, it may look uncomfortable, but that would be according to your opinion. Lutecia wouldn't be wearing such a design if she wasn't comfortable in it.
Second, I meant that as a joke in response to Duck's post about the design being breezy counting for something.

Episode 4. In which there's ham and other kinds of meat.
Nice segue into the OP.
It feels kind of weird that they're both thinking the exams are hard, while they're aiming for a perfect score.
Not common to see Cinque without her eye-patch. It's eye-catching.
Snoopy Dieci. But it's for a good cause. And it's funny.
No room for rejection.
Yeah, with those scores it's not the exam that's difficult; it's doing exceptionally well on it that is. Not that one of them didn't succeed anyway.
Raising Heart possesses the ability to teleport to wherever the camera is pointing.
Like daughter, like mother.
I like this Lu.
Poke fun and the little pink puff all you want.
Idiot Hair, even under water.
Something most people seem to forget. Most kinds of physical activity is good training, and not just specifically purposed training. Especially if it's more free-form, as that makes use of more muscle groups that you may not be as used to using.
She must feel very holy.
You know, Fate, you'd be a little more convincing if you'd be able to stand up.
Totally just a misunderstanding.

Check out my fanfiction!
I've already made it clear that I don't expect Sein to make it into the episode.
"Yup. That tasted purple."
