This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here

- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.

Bara Genre used to have a line saying something to the effect of "Bara is usually very explicit, almost to the point where 'Bara Hentai' is a redundant phrase." This sentence was removed while the page was being cleaned up. I think it's useful, since there is nothing else on the page to indicate that, and without it, the readers have no idea why it's under a locked Example Sectionectomy.
Could someone put some sentence in like that?
Oh yeah, and there's an "and / or" that needs to be changed to "and/or". Or just to "or". Preferably the latter.

In Avatar's YMMV page under Fan Dumb it talks about how people have committed suicide because of not being able to experience a world like Pandora and how it's a good thing that this is "self correcting".
Which, if anything is, is totally Dude, Not Funny! territory. So could you edit out that part?
Also under Ensemble Dark Horse it is no longer accurate that Quaritch has the first section on the character sheet or that he's only character to get his own listing.

Add "Similarly," to Word Cruft, under "Positional comparatives"; it's incredibly overused on this wiki. (Don't leave out the comma.)
Could VideoGame/ also be added to Grim Grimoire on Let's Play? In fact, that sinkhole should really be rewritten as "Lujei from GrimGrimoire".
The page for Adolf Hitler has a link to Captain Planet and the Planeteers as "Captain Planet" (with a "Main" namespace). Can someone change the namespace to "Western Animation?"

I don't see the point of ignoring or declining move requests here. Page moving is supposed to include redirecting the old page.
