Two new LPs in one day? But that brings up the total to five. Unless... Does this mean that Omikron beat them? Maybe they're just taking a break. Or maybe the game is so bad it destroyed them.
Ah, now I remember where I'd heard that before; Advent Rising got put on Steam I think pretty recently?
And yeah, they said they were taking a break from Omikron because of that "random dying" bug.

I have a growing list of games I'd want them to play, but right now I'd want them to play F.E.A.R. after hearing that Matt hasn't played it.

Pat also said a week or so ago the game audio desync was due to his frustrations after part 25, and that it'll be fixed for part 26.
As for games I want them to play, I'd like them to revisit Martian Gothic Unification at some point, like they did for Escape From Bug Island and Rule of Rose. Like Ro R, it's a unique and ambitious game that I'd like to see the rest of. Plus some of the writing is legitimately good, and the voice acting is the perfect kind of bad.
Also, they simply have to go back to Marlow Briggs at some point. The channel could do with some 80s/90s cheese.

I'm not entirely sure why they're back ding Machinima episodes after all this time. I thought they had stopped doing videos for them.
In their Lament of Innocence playthrough they talked about possibly doing Curse of Darkness or maybe Lords of Shadow. I'd be down for either of those, mostly because I've never played them and aren't terribly familiar with their storylines, but am curious what I'm missing.
I'd actually kind of like them to play Second Sight or Psi Ops The Mindgate Conspiracy, but only if they do them both simultaneously, or one right after the other. I'd like a compare/contrast of the two and I recall the Best Friends played one for a mystery box, so they are at least aware of their existence.

They're under contract and they still have a while to go before they have the opportunity to leave. Not to mention Vessel's sudden closure means they recently lost a source of revenue with no warning. Now is far from a bad time to get some money out of Machinima.
The Ashes of Ariandel DLC is done. I'm pretty sure they said that they wouldn't pick up Omikron until they finished with the Dark Souls DLC. So don't be surprised if we see more Omikron soon.
They need to get back to Omikron already.

Well now that Dark Souls is done they'll be going back to it, according to the podcast.
If they just do it in hour-long chunks, the fuckthrough won't take very long at all.

There are five episode of Minecraft Story Mode. But then there were three DLC episodes. Does the story wrap up at the end of episode 5 and the DLC made up of bonus stuff?

Killer Instinct is done. That means another open slot. They've talked about Dm C Devil May Cry in the past and have strong opinions about it. I'd like to see them do a full playthrough of it. I have some familiarity with the original series, but I'd like a moment by moment breakdown of the reboot t o learn why exactly it is so controversial.
This line read really bugs me. She says, "It's no use I'm afraid." Except she clearly fails English because she stops hard after "No use" and then delivers the "I'm afraid" line as though she was genuinely afraid of something.
Well the Shitstorm is over, which means they'll be back to four rotating slots again. Anybody got a game they're hoping they play? Because I have one. It's a sci-fi epic, the first in a trilogy, where your choices matter and carry over into the next game. No, I'm not talking about Mass Effect, I'm talking about Advent Rising. It came out in 2005 and was going to be the first game in this epic sci-fi trilogy, but it didn't sell very well so they never made any sequels. In fact there was this contest where if you found some special hidden icons in the game you could win a million dollars, but the game didn't sell as well as the developers were hoping so they cancelled the contest. So, yeah, I'd love to see them play that and find out why it failed. That or have them play Escape from Butcher Bay.
