Create a feat/special rule for the above troper!

Exactly What It Says on the Tin.

I will use BRIAN BLESSED as an example. Your special rule/feat should have its name in bold and the description in italics. You do not have to do both a special rule and a feat. Now, here's a special rule for BRIAN BLESSED:

Ham-to-ham Combat

If there is an enemy [Large Ham] on the field, BRIAN BLESSED must kill this model before he can engage anyone else - he will not risk being out-hammed!

Here's one of BRIAN BLESSED's feats:

Incoming Ham

When BRIAN BLESSED enters combat, all foes suffer a -2 penalty to attack (BRIAN BLESSED's mighty voice humbles all).

If fighting an enemy in the air, Flanker 66 gains a +3 to Dodge checks.

Yon Troper causes [Fear] in enemy units.

Special Rule:

Aerial Superiority

Any land-based allied units within five squares of Flanker inflict an extra 2d6 ballistics damage when attacking enemy [Tanks] or [Infantry], even if the attack is a miss.

Feat:

Grand Schemer

Due to his extensive knowledge, Sullen Frog can re-roll any failed roll once.

Plane speaking

Flanker gains a +2 bonus to diplomacy checks if the subject can see an aeroplane or picture thereof.

Feat:

Vorpal Wit

Whenever Bisected 8 rolls a Diplomacy check that exceeds the target's Will Defense by 8 or more, the target's attitude improves by two steps rather than one.

Description: Once per encounter, you can make an Intimidate check to startle that affects all enemies capable of hearing you ribbit.

  • All of Haven's attacks inflict fire damage. Even if the enemy would otherwise be immune to fire, Haven always inflicts fire damage. Even if using a water or ice based attack, Haven inflicts fire damage.

Feat:

Unity

Once per encounter, if any of Rallyfan9000's allies have been reduced to 0 hit points or less, Rallyfan can make a full-round action to restore them to half-maximum HP. Rallyfan must be adjacent to the allies in question in order to use this Feat, and he must expend a number of medkits, potions or other manner of healing devices equal to the number of allies he is reviving.

Nice Hat

You gain a +1 bonus to all survival, diplomacy and proffession (barber) checks.

Special Rule:

Operative

Bisected 8 may disengage from combat without any penalties, as his special forces training allows him to make tactical withdrawals with ease.

Flanker 666

Once a day Flanker may teleport anywhere in the world and follow it with a full attack by flanking the target via hell.

Special Rule:

Computer Hacker

Bisected 8 gains a +2 bonus to Use Computer checks made to hack databases and can reroll any failed roll to improve the attitude of a computer system, but must accept the result of the reroll even if it is worse.

Bisected 8 can split himself in 8, which all do 1/8 of Bisected's damage.

Sullen Frog can automatically avoid one attack per game due to his unpredictable nature.

@ Frog: Unity? HOOAH! That is a damn cool power regardless.

Special Rule:

• Amphibian
  • Sullen Frog suffers no penalties to movement when transitioning from land to water, or vice-versa.

Feat:

War Machine

Rallyfan 9000 takes no damage from any ranged weapon, but his own do 1.5 times as much damage. This is due to him having survived countless wars, and many more battles.

@ Flanker: No way in hell. Maybe a slight bonus to dodge rolls and a minor bonus on to-hit rolls, but nothing that potent.

Feat:

• Ace Pilot
  • His extensive aerial combat experience enable Flanker 66 with tremendous piloting ability. All attack and dodge rolls while in a fighter aircraft have a doubled chance to be critical successes and half chance to be critical failures. Only usable once per encounter.

Bisected 8 can attack twice in one round, though his second attack does not do as much damage.

You are an expert at focusing your squad's destructive power on tough enemies. You gain an additional +2 bonus when using the Aid Another action to provide covering fire, and once per encounter you can designate a single enemy of Large size or larger. Until the end of your next turn, all allies that have line of sight to you and the target inflict an extra 2d8 piercing damage with all successful ranged attacks targeting that enemy; this includes you as well.

Special Rule:

Spread Shot

Flanker 66 knows how to coax extra fire out of his fighter's guns at the cost of accuracy. All attacks made using an aircraft's weapons are treated as area attacks, deal an extra die of damage and take a -2 penalty to attack rolls.

I Love Dogs is a whiz when it comes to taming dogs, wolves and other wild animals. You gain a +5 competence bonus when making Diplomacy checks to calm or command wild animals, and you can reroll any failed Ride check to remain mounted on a spooked mount; however, you must keep the result of the reroll, even if it is worse.
