I checked the amount of votes in favor of merging and redirecting and I'm positive we're well past the consensus range.

Its description says it's a subtrope of Grammar Nazi, but it can easily be folded back into it. There are only 13 wicks and no on-page examples. My vote is to make it a redirect, so those 13 wicks don't have to be touched and can remain as an indicator of the exact flavor of Grammar Nazi in question.
