Because Light Is Not Good, and really, what better way to contrast an anti-heroic bunch defined by how they use their own vices for the betterment of all?

Anyway, I was thinking of ways to have a Quirky Miniboss Squad that inverts the traditional evil symbolism and instead have their powers and personality informed by the virtues in question, but warped and imbalanced so they become a motive for Knight Templar behavior and hurting others, minus Humility (the idea is that virtue without compassion is simply condescension, and vice without pride is not an evil thing).

The ideas that spring to mind is that Patience is a Noble Top Enforcer (representing forgiveness and the desire for peace without acknowledging there are some things that are just plain bad and supporting the status quo without question), Charity is a Mad Doctor (giving people what 'you're'' comfortable with giving, not what they actually need), and Chasity is an Enlightened Antagonist who is also a disturbing expy of the Cenobites (controlling and living above human emotions, including moral ones like guilt or love).

So, any other ideas?

Temperance is suppose to represent prudence and restraint, so perhaps a Big Brother is Watching, True Neutral individual who makes sure everything remains peaceful through depriving others of freedom. Kindness can be a Getting Smiles Painted on Your Soul, making everyone is always smiling against their will. Diligence can be a Implacable Man, but is a ruthless mercenary that will always get the job done, even if he has to pay out of his own pocket to do so, due to his own pride.

Justice could be a Knight Templar who adheres to the letter of the law, regardless of the spirit of the law or how fair it is to whoever he's dealing with. He'll also adhere to local law, so he'll allow tyranical or despotic acts if it's allowed by the law of the land.
