Only if that means he basically never appears again unless you switch back to him.

Because otherwise that would mean you'd essentially have two non-attached player characters which is against the rules.

A new signup sheet for when I get bored of Zelda. May be the next in-story day, may be never.

Also, for people who care about spoilers...UNDERTALE SPOILERS LIKE WOAH BELOW. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

  • Story: Undertale
  • Name: Asriel Dreemurr
  • Age, gender, and species: Male boss monster (strongest type of monster; bears resemblance to a goat) of unknown age (though he looks to be around eight or so)
  • Appearance: Howdy! It's me, your best friend!
  • Personality: For the most part, Asriel's a friendly kid with a generally passive personality, sometimes to the point of being a crybaby, and can be really clingy to any friends he happens to make. Despite his apparent age he's rather well spoken. He's also hiding quite a lot of remorse over his past actions underneath the surface.

  • Back story:
    • A long time ago, war broke out between humans and monsters. The monsters lost horribly, and the humans responded by having seven of their greatest magicians seal the monsters underground with a magic spell, leading to the creation of the barrier.
    • Sometime after this, Asriel was born to the King and Queen of Monsters, Asgore and Toriel Dreemurr. For the longest time they lived as a happy family, although Asriel was lonely sometimes.
    • Then one day, a human fell to the Underground. The Dreemurrs took the human in and raised them as their own, with their children becoming very close to each other.
    • However, the human did not have the rosiest reasons for coming to the Underground; they hated their own kind, and wanted to get revenge. After an incident where they accidentally poisoned their father with buttercups, the human hatched a plan: They would commit suicide with buttercups, have Asriel absorb their soul, cross the barrier, and acquire enough human souls to shatter the barrier.
    • Asriel was hesitant to go through with it, but he did. The human fell ill and died as planned, and Asriel absorbed their soul to become a being of great power. However, control between this new form was split between him and the human.
    • He took the human's body, crossed the barrier, and to the village of the humans. The humans thought he had killed the child and attacked him; while the human wanted to use his form's full power against the other humans, Asriel held back and just took all the blows.
    • Afterwards, he staggered back through the barrier and back to the castle, still carrying the child's body. Then he collapsed and died himself, his dust spreading all over the royal garden.
    • The incident lead to Asgore declaring that all humans who fell to the Underground must die in a fit of anger, and Toriel leaving him.
    • After much time had passed, the Royal Scientist Alphys engaged in experiments to try and shatter the barrier with soul power. On top of constantly injecting a substance called "Determination" into the bodies of comatose monsters in an attempt to get their souls to last after death, she also needed a vessel to hold the souls when the time came to use them, as monsters cannot absorb monster souls (and likewise for humans). The candidate she chose was the first golden flower that came from the outside world, in the middle of Asgore's garden. Unfortunately, this flower had Asriel's dust on it, and when a monster's dust is spread on something their essence will live on in that something.
    • Alphys injected determination into this flower, but upon seeing nothing happening she declared the experiment a failure and returned the flower to Asgore's garden. Something, however, did happen: she inadvertently revived Asriel in the form of a flower.
    • However, Asriel was unable to feel anything due to his lack of a soul, no matter how hard he tried. It got to the point where he tried to kill himself, but then he decided that he didn't want to find out what happened when a soulless being died. Through this, he found that he had the ability to SAVE (able to go back at any time and cheat death) thanks to all the determination that was injected into him.
    • In his new form, Asriel renamed himself Flowey (inheriting his father's inability to name things, perhaps?) and subjected the Underground to countless amounts of resets and time loops. He eventually soured into a complete sociopath thanks to his lack of soul.
    • This went on until another human fell into the Underground; one with a very similar appearance to Asriel's old friend. This human also had enough determination to override Flowey's ability to SAVE, although Flowey remained aware of previous time loops.
    • Upon their first meeting Flowey attempted to take the human's soul for himself, but he failed thanks to Toriel's intervention. Upon observing the human's path through the Ruins, Flowey decided to use the human in a plan to become a god and show everyone exactly what he thought the true meaning of his world was.
    • In the process, Flowey started projecting the identity of his former friend onto this new human, eventually becoming so attached that he didn't want them to leave him.
    • This eventually lead to him successfully getting not only the six human souls Asgore had acquired previously but all the monsters in the Underground in the same room. He absorbed all their souls, reclaiming his original form as Asriel and becoming what he called "the Absolute GOD of HYPERDEATH!" His intent was to trap the human in an infinite time loop, preventing them from ever leaving him.
    • What he didn't expect was having all those souls give him his compassion and empathy back. The human exploited this to save him from his own madness, making him realize the full extent of everything he had done. Thankfully, the human, Frisk, was nice enough to forgive him. Asriel decided that the least he could do was to use all those souls to shatter the barrier forever and give everyone the happy ending they deserved. He did, but without all the souls he would eventually revert back to being Flowey.
    • After being comforted by Frisk, Asriel decided to remain in the Underground, not wanting his parents to see him and thus have their hearts broken all over again. He returned to the spot in the Ruins where both the first human and Frisk first fell, intending to stay there until he turned back into Flowey...but not before getting taken to the City by whoever happens to be running this show.

  • Skills/powers/abilities: This is largely conjecture; the one time Asriel fights as himself, he's in a form that's way too powerful for this RP, and I'm not sure how many of those attacks he'd be able to do without all those souls.
    • Like his parents, Asriel has the ability to use fire magic in the form of fireballs. He has a number of different patterns he can use, such as a "rain" of fireballs that fall to earth in a swinging-back-and-forth fashion.
    • His most notable pattern is derived from an attack he developed as Flowey: A ring of fireballs that contracts onto its target that would be flat-out unavoidable on a 2D plane. Fortunately, it isn't quite so unavoidable in the city due to being limited to 2D, and Asriel's current nature means he's not likely to use it unless his hand's forced.
  • Items: N/A
  • Other: I'm taking Asriel from the end of the True Pacifist run, after his boss fight but before he reverts back to Flowey. I'm not planning on having him revert unless events force it.

Alright, managed to get in contact with my friend who knows Undertale and let him take a look through the sheet. He said it all checks out.

Asriel Dreemurr is accepted.

I do question the wisdom of switching from a character you're starting to dislike playing because she can't fight, to a character who can fight but has inclinations not to; but, it's your choice of who to play.

@Tails Doll: Sorry about the delay. I was hoping to get into contact with my friend who has actually played Fallout 4 since I haven't, but I didn't get the opportunity today; I'll double check with him some other time just to be sure. But in the meantime, I went ahead and looked through the entry for MacCready in the Fallout 4 character page, and this all seems accurate enough to me.

Robert Joseph "RJ" MacCready is accepted.

Unfortunately I don't really have an ETA on when the next in-game day will start. My best guess would be sometime between 1-2 weeks from now. If you change your mind, you're welcome to jump in earlier. In either case, before you jump in you should read the first post of the main thread to see what MacCready's arrival to the city should be like, and check out the first post of the discussion thread to find some more helpful materials. If you wait for the start of the next day, recapping won't really be necessary and it would be entirely optional on your part; however if you opt not to wait, you should recap at least the last few pages of the main thread, just so you have at least some idea of what the current situation is.

So I apologize profusely for disappearing not too long after I joined the last time; school got crazy busy and our One Act Play competitions kicked into high gear, so I had little time to even think about role-playing. I should have at least told you guys what was going on, though, and for that, I'm sorry.

With that said, though...

  • Story: Devil May Cry — specifically, the fourth entry in the series.

  • Name: Nero.

  • Age, gender, and species: Early-twenties; male; human-demon hybrid.

  • Appearance: "C'mon, bring it already!"

  • Personality: Nero is a Jerk with a Heart of Gold through and through, treating everything with the sort of irreverence and disrespect that you would expect from some men his age. His cockiness, arrogance, sardonic and cynical views on life, and stunted social skills combine to form the Anti-Hero that is Nero. Really, the only person that Nero has ever been known to be consistently nice to is his childhood friend, Kyrie. That said, forging a friendship with this dismissive young adult isn't impossible; it's just annoyingly difficult. And that's not to say that Nero doesn't care about those in need; he just hides any concern he feels with sarcastic quips and dazzling swordplay.

  • Back story:
    • Nero's life up to this point in his story hasn't been especially spectacular, if you disregard the copious amount of demons that have infested it. Without any desire to truly climb the ranks of the Order of the Sword — the "military" of his hometown's church, so to speak — that he had reluctantly joined as a teenager, he was content to laze about and hang with his best friend, Kyrie, snarking at her brother, Credo, whenever he tried to make Nero active again.
    • That was until a man in red shot the pope in the face.
    • After that, Nero found a mission that he actually found himself invested in, but not exactly for the right reasons; he didn't especially care that the pope had been killed, he cared that this man in red had so casually kicked him around with a chuckle and a smile. Under orders from Credo, Nero set out to track down the man in red and make him pay for the pope's death.
    • After some fights with some colorful demons and after meeting some colorful members of the Order, Nero happened to stumble across an underground facility that contained the broken blade, Yamato. After getting into a fight with a fellow member of the Order, Agnus — who revealed that the organization was apparently up to no good — Nero managed to awaken the Yamato as no one else could do, bringing his latent demonic powers to the surface and unlocking his Devil Trigger.
    • With this newfound power in hand, Nero set out again to find the man in red, pursuing him through an ancient forest filled with ruins and even more demons. At the other end of this forest, Nero found Kyrie's brother, Credo, who had been sent to take him into the Order's custody, apparently due to the demonic powers that Nero possessed in his right arm.
    • After taking down Credo, Nero began to move forward once again, but saw that Kyrie had witnesssed the entire thing — including Nero's use of his Devil Bringer. As he attempted to reason with her and tell her that "it wasn't what it looked like," Agnus showed up once again and moved to kidnap Kyrie under the orders of the pope, who had apparently been revived in the interim. Nero moved to take Kyrie back from Agnus, when...well.
    • He ended up here.

  • Skills/powers/abilities: Oh boy, here we go. Nero, first and foremost, is an accomplished swordsman, wielding his own unique blade, the Red Queen, with a brutal finesse that only immense talent and practice can bring. While not an especially trained marksman, Nero's good at hitting targets with his Blue Rose revolver, as well. On top of that, due to his demonic heritage, Nero is faster, stronger, and more resilient than any human being, with a Healing Factor that can far outpace any normal means of dispatching someone. Well, he normally would, anyway; the transition over to the city seems to have dropped his Healing Factor considerably, to a level that gives him only a slight advantage over the normal human. Given time, however, he's able to heal from most wounds sustained; he just can't do it on-the-spot anymore. Nero's right arm, the Devil Bringer, is yet another aspect of his body that separates him from normal humans; it can shoot out and grab hapless enemies in front of Nero, and slam/smack/sling them around with terrifying strength and ease. Normally, alongside these abilities, Nero would possess a form known as Devil Trigger, a Guardian Entity of sorts that channels the spirit of his grandfather, assisting him in battle with its own extraordinary capabilities. Somehow, however, the transition to the city did something to Nero's Devil Trigger form, leaving him unable to use it.

  • Items: The only things that Nero brought with him are his weapons: his sword, the Red Queen, and his revolver, the Blue Rose. Along with these two weapons, Nero also brought along a katana known as the Yamato, though he never uses it in combat; its purpose is to serve as a catalyst for Nero's Devil Trigger form, if he had it available.
    • Red Queen is a marvel of engineering, with a massive yet sleek design that only a hybrid like Nero could hope to wield properly. Other than being masterfully designed, there's not a whole lot about it that's extraordinary, except for one thing: the Exceed Gauge. By twisting the hilt of the Red Queen like a motorcycle throttle, Nero can actually "rev" up the sword, filling it with a fiery energy that strengthens and speeds up the next strike that Nero sends out. Nero can hold up to three charges in the Exceed Gauge at a time, if he so chooses.
    • Blue Rose is a double-barreled revolver, made out of blue-cast steel and reinforced to withstand the abuse dished out by the demonic foes that Nero faces on a daily basis. Nero can hold a charge in this weapon, as well, though it only goes up to one level, and in order to use a charged shot effectively, Nero has to focus all of his strength in keeping the gun in control, otherwise he'd probably find the gun flying right out of his hands.

  • Other: Edited the sheet to axe Devil Trigger and to lower Nero's Healing Factor, probably leaving him somewhere between Super Weight 2 and 3 now.

@Chilifro: I'm only familiar with Devil May Cry second hand at best, and the same seems to be true for my friends; fortunately though, he has an extensive character entry for me to look through.

It seems mostly accurate, except for one thing. According to the character page, his devil trigger doesn't augment him at all; it just summons a Guardian Entity that fights alongside him. Do you have an explanation for this inconsistency?

As for what you do have in your sheet, if it is true and his devil trigger temporarily knocks him up to Super Weight 4, then yes it needs to be nerfed or removed. As has been mentioned before with other signups, I'm not allowing things that break the rules, even if there's a caveat involved.

And also, I'd ask that his healing factor be toned down; as it stands, it sounds like it's basically impossible to kill him unless one were to use ridiculous amounts of overkill, and that's just plain unfair when considering most of the cast.

EDIT: Oh, and I'm sorry that it took me a day to respond to your sheet.

Regarding the inconsistency, from what I've seen in-game, it appears that Nero also channels the power of his granddaddy Vergil whenever he activates his Devil Trigger, signalled by his eyes turning red, so I thought that it might be making him stronger as well as just helping him in combat. Sorry about that.

Not that it matters, since Devil Trigger violates the power level rule in the first place (sorry about that). To fix that, I was thinking of doing one of two things: I could either have him lose his Devil Trigger in the transition to the city, or I could dial him back in the story to a point where he doesn't have his Devil Trigger.

On top of that, if I could have him lose Devil Trigger in his transition to the city, I would *also* have him lose some of his healing factor, making him more on par with the rest of the cast; i.e., a bullet to the head is actually a bullet to the head for him, but he can still perform his physics-defying stunts without breaking all of his limbs. Would that be okay?

And no worries! I figured you were just busy with other things.

The character page said that the red eyes and aura are apparently just cosmetic, and don't actually do anything. What about the Guardian Entity though? You didn't even mention it. Is the character page just wrong or what?

As for the question of either him just losing the devil trigger or taking him from a time when he doesn't have it; either works, it doesn't matter. And yes, your question about the healing factor and stunts is okay.

And I wasn't really all that busy yesterday; I was just waiting for an opportunity to see if any of my friends had played DMC 4, so I could ask them to check the sheet out if they had.

Nah, that would just be my bad, it seems. I keep forgetting that Nero's Devil Trigger is different from Dante's in that regard. I can add that it's a Guardian Entity into the sheet for records' sake, if you need me to.

And alright, good to know! I'll probably stick with him just up and losing them because of the city, so that I can keep the transition point in the story that I wanted to use.

For when (if) the right time comes.

  • Story: Elsword
  • Name: Ara Haan (Yama Raja)
  • Age, gender, and species: 20, Female, Human.
  • Appearance: Pay close attention to the hairpin sticking out from behind her head. It will become extremely relevant later on.
  • Personality: Ara is kind, polite and very determined. Even though she has become somewhat harsher in the past few years, she is still gentle towards those she meets. However, her mind is often clouded by conflicting thoughts and self doubt, causing her to be rather meek, clumsy, indecisive, and prone to making mistakes, although these traits have somewhat diminished as she grew older. She yearns to grow stronger in hopes of recovering his brother.
  • Back story: The village of Fahrmann, located to the north of the Fluone continent, was once home to the Haan clan, a family of warriors tasked with guarding the seal of the Nine-Tailed Fox. Ara, as the youngest member of the Haan family, had been diligently training her martial arts and spear techniques for many years. However, one night, a demon army led by her corrupted brother Aren attacked the village, leaving no survivors. She too would have suffered the same fate, had she not picked up a hairpin from a shrine as a last means of defense. However, she blacks out before she gets to do anything, and she wakes up the following day, surrounded by demon bodies. The hairpin was truly the residence of Eun, the Nine-Tailed Fox that had been sealed away generations ago, with whom she ultimately made a pact with: in return for helping her save her brother of the demons' influence, she would seek for a way to free Eun from her seal.
  • Skills/powers/abilities:
    • Martial Arts: Ara is a highly skilled martial artist and spearwoman who relies mostly on her superior speed, agility and reflexes to overwhelm the enemy with quick attacks. She is also capable of impressive acrobatic feats when focused, and can even run on air for a short distance.
    • Energy Manipulation: Ara has learned how to manipulate dark energy both for offensive and defensive purposes. It is predominantly used in the form of explosive orbs, but she can also create spears, wolf-shaped blasts, and even an explosive energy clone of herself, in addition to a strong energy void and a force field that can reflect non-physical projectiles for a few seconds. There is also a secret technique that allows her to resurrect on the spot and partially heal her wounds at the expense of a large portion of her energy, but she is only able to resort to it once at a time, being forced to wait for 48 hours before she can do it again.
  • Items:
    • Spear: Ara's weapon of choice. There is nothing particularly special about it.
    • Hairpin: Home to Eun.
  • Other: Ara is afraid of insects and is rather bad at dancing.

  • Name: Eun
  • Age, gender, and species: Unknown (at least a thousand years old), Female, Gumiho (A.K.A. Nine-Tailed Fox) Spirit.
  • Appearance: The hairpin. Alternatively, this under certain circumstances.
  • Personality: Eun is a very wise being, yet also cold and calculating, and is not afraid to take measures that Ara wouldn't take by herself in order to further their goals. In combat she is ruthless and cold-blooded, to the point of being borderline vicious, and is not hesitant to kill if the situation demands it. However, she greatly respects and appreciates Ara, and would rather prevent her from suffering as much as possible.
  • Back story: Eun was once a powerful clairvoyant nine-tailed fox, who would often share her wisdom and her ability to see the future with men. However, some of those men were rather paranoid about the prospect, and sealed her in a hairpin, which caused her to lose most of her clairvoyance. This hairpin was then guarded by the Haan family for many generations, until she was found by Ara Haan during the demon attack on the Fahrmann village.
  • Skills/powers/abilities:
    • Limited Clairvoyance: Although most of Eun's clairvoyance was stripped away from her when she was sealed, she does still have limited access from it, even from her hairpin. She is capable of sensing the aura of nearby entities, as well as roughly determining their nature and location.
    • Telepathy: Eun is not only capable of communicating with Ara (and presumably others) through thoughts, but she can also "borrow" their senses or even their entire body if she so desires. Any and all of these require the target to touch the hairpin at all times, since the mental link cannot be formed or maintained without physical contact.
    • Empowering: Whenever Eun takes over or lends Ara some of her strength, her body undergoes a drastic change. In addition to the change in appearance, Ara becomes somewhat faster and more agile, in addition to receiving slightly faster healing abilities.
  • Items: None.
  • Other: According to legend, gumihos are often malevolent and feast on human flesh (mainly hearts and livers), and can become human if they fulfill certain requisites. Whether or not this applies to Eun, however, remains unknown, as she has yet to break free from her seal.

So, I thought about it, and I decided that Nero might not be the best fit for the group within the game; his mood swings, his cynicism, and his brutal nature would probably clash with quite a few people. So, in order to address this problem, I have a solution...

  • Story: Devil May Cry — specifically, the third entry in the series.

  • Name: Dante.

  • Age, gender, and species: Early-twenties; male; half-human, half-demon.

  • Appearance: "Devils never cry."

  • Personality: Dante's a trash-talking, stylish, cocky Blood Knight of a kid, always treating every dangerous situation he finds himself in with boundless irreverence. No one is safe from the young man's sarcasm, not even the hordes of demons that he's been known to face on a daily basis. He loves to take his time whenever he gets into a fight, showing off his prowess in combat with a cavalcade of acrobatic moves and convoluted combos that fly by so fast that the normal human would have a hard time distinguishing any individual move from another, all so he can have a little bit of fun before finishing off his prey. Despite his outward nature, Dante really is a good guy, and he recognizes that his power gives him the ability to fight for those who cannot. While incredibly flippant towards all he meets, Dante is generally pretty friendly, and is always ready to help out his friends in a pinch.

  • Back story:
    • This version of Dante is specifically from the beginning of Devil May Cry 3, so that he doesn't have any of his extra weapons or anything like that (so as to keep him from being too powerful), so not a whole lot has happened to him yet. That said...
    • Dante knew since his childhood that he was something special. The son of an Ascended Demon named Sparda and a human named Eva, it was clear from the very beginning that Dante was going to grow up to become something truly extraordinary. Dante had a twin brother as well, named Vergil, but the two never saw eye-to-eye, due to how differently they each regarded their demonic powers. Dante could never quite come to terms with the idea that his power stemmed from a demon, of all things; Vergil, however, relished in it, and soon left to seek more power.
    • Dante, unfortunately, lost his mother to demons as a child, and his father, Sparda, disappeared in another attempt to fight back demons trying to enter the human realm. Before his father disappeared, though, he left behind a momento that Dante uses to this day: his masterfully-crafted sword, Rebellion. Along with Rebellion, Dante also obtained the dual pistols Ebony and Ivory that he carries around with him at all times.
    • Once he reached a reasonable age, Dante went on to found his own little mercenary company known as Devil May Cry, specifically only taking contracts that involved demons and the like. It's not too long after Devil May Cry is founded, specifically during an enjoyable pizza-eating session, that Dante finds himself pulled into another realm...

  • Skills/powers/abilities: Dante is a skilled demon hunter, and as such has combat prowess that can outmatch even the best of warriors. He's stronger, faster, and more agile than any normal human, due to the demon blood that courses through his veins. He employs a fighting style that combines the brute force of his greatsword, Rebellion, with the versatility and deadly accuracy of his twin guns, Ebony and Ivory, and his acrobatic flips and flops that send him flying all around his opponents in a dazzling display of physical fitness. Being a half-demon, Dante also possesses a significant Healing Factor — or, he would, had the author behind the city not found a way to drain Dante of most of it. Normally, the demon slayer would have the ability to heal mortal wounds on the spot; bullets to the head, swords to the chest, spears to the kidneys, you name it. He has none of that now, though he can still recover wounds much faster than the average human, so long as he can get away from the action. Oh, yes, and lest I forget: Dante is also a skilled musician and a music aficionado in general, with skill in playing the guitar as well as the drums.

  • Items: The only items that Dante brought with him into this world were his weapons: his sword, Rebellion, and his guns, Ebony and Ivory.
    • Rebellion, as mentioned, is a masterfully crafted, gigantic broadsword, as long as Dante is tall and made out of a metal only found in the demon realm. It can cut through flesh and bone with ease, facilitating its purpose as the ultimate demon-killing blade. No normal human can wield it due to its weight, yet Dante can wield it with the ease that anyone else can wield a normal broadsword; demon blood can do crazy things.
    • Ebony and Ivory are two heavily customized M1911 handguns, chamered in .45ACP. The extensiveness of said customization is too deep to go into in just this bio, but there are some things that can easily be summed up here. The guns have been customized to the point where Dante can easily rapid-fire them in the middle of combat, with Ivory being specifically meant for all close-range targets (due to how quick it is to draw and how much faster it can fire) while Ebony is meant for long-distance targeting and comfort. The guns fire bullets instilled with demonic power, which also explains why the guns seemingly have bottomless magazines; Dante's demonic powers can simply refill the magazines at the same rate as they empty. Unfortunately, along with a drain on his Healing Factor, the city took a toll on how fast Dante's demon powers can replenish his ammunition, as well; every shot fired now drains Dante of a bit of his energy, and when it's all gone (which would probably be after a good few trademark fusillades), he's out of luck and out of ammo until he can get some rest.

  • Other: Nothing I can think of.

I think Ben would think Dante is really cool. grin

I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.

Yeah man, Classic Dante all the way. What, did you think I would have forced you all to sit through New Dante's """witty""" """"banter""""? tongue

Really adore this Ara Haan by the looks of her, by the way, and not just because Ninetales is my favorite Pokemon. [lol] I hadn't heard of Elsword before this, but if Mary does leave maybe it won't be so lonely...!

Currently writing something. Currently procrastinating.

Doing these one at a time because they're taking a while to check.

@Katarsus: I don't know Elsword and neither do my friends, but thankfully the character page is extensive. It looks mostly accurate, with only a couple discrepancies that I'd like to get addressed.

First, it might just be the way you worded it, but when you say she's "become somewhat harsher in the past few years" what that brings to my mind is the exact opposite of what the character entry seems to indicate. It mentions that she becomes more optimistic as she gets older, and by the sounds of it, possibly even nicer than when she's younger.

Second is the revival skill. The character page doesn't specify how much it costs, but the wording seemed to imply it costs all of her spirit orbs, not just "a large portion of her energy" and also that its cooldown is only three minutes, not 48 hours. It also made it clear that she only comes back to life with a little bit of health left. I understand if you changed it to 48 hours as a way of self-nerfing, but honestly it isn't really that powerful, given that it drains her a lot and only brings her back still at near death anyway; also even as potentially useful under the right circumstances as that could be, I don't see the point of having a skill that could only be used once every two in-game days. (Like, at this point in the RP that would mean she could only get to use it 11 times, tops. And that's if you switched out for her right away for Day 8.)

Story: Mass Effect 3 (Before Shepherd meets her in that game)

Name: Tali'Zorah nar Rayya

Age, gender, and species: Female Quarian, presumed to be approximately age 18-20, due to being on her Pilgrimage (rite of passage for a young Quarian))

Appearance: Tali

Personality: Tali'Zorah, or Tali to close friends is an inquisitive, brave woman, and not afraid to stand up for what is morally just, though she is occasionally blinded by her own feelings on some matters. She is resourceful and self-sufficient for the most part, and her people's leading expert on the Geth, a race of AI that have gained varying levels of sentience, depending on the model. She is quite used to fighting against nigh-impossible odds with the aid of her friends and allies, and performs well on a team, where bulkier, more resilient allies can shield her while she returns fire with her array of weapons.

Back story: This Tali is from before she becomes an admiral, but after she completes her Pilgrimage, and appointed head of the research mission to Haestrom. She is quite young in the eyes of her people, but one of the brightest they have in their effort to topple the Geth occupation and re-take their homeworld, a role she gladly takes up as she tries to live up to the example the now 'deceased' Shepherd set.

Skills/powers/abilities: Is skilled in hacking and other use of computers, as well as proficient in light fire-arms. Has a decent knack for engineering, from a childhood spent continuously patching up the ship her family lived on. Recognized as a leading expert in AI, and quite capable of taking part in small-team armed exercises, as well as operating by herself.

Drone: Summons a hard-light constructs immediately in front of Tali that is capable of autonomously identifying and dispatching threats. Can be set to patrol, or simply remain stationary and guard an area. It has it's own shield, and is capable of attacking utilizing a short to mid-ranged shock, as well as a mid-to-long ranged guided missile, and a short-ranged only flamer. Has been modified by Tali to contain diagnostic systems intended for analyzing new life-forms and materials, and providing basic diagnostic information on them, though this process does take some time, depending on the complexity of the subject.

Items: Custom Omni-Tool (Customized in the sense that it's computing power has been increased well above consumer-grade, to the point that it can run programs that control a hard-light sentry drone to improve her combat performance, while performing a variety of other tasks, such as hacking her enemy's equipment to temporarily disable it, deliver highly painful, potentially lethal shocks at a distance with no obvious medium, and even form a hard-light blade, strong enough to clash against even the finest steel. (Would most likely shatter against something like a wh40k chainsword or a lightsaber, though)

N7 Pirahna - A lightweight, fully automatic shotgun that focuses primarily on short range stopping power, even for a shotgun.

M-11 Suppressor - A suppressed handgun designed for infiltration/stealth operations, where silence is key, and plausibility is deniable. Low magazine capacity compared to some other options on the market, but it is used more as a backup weapon than anything else. Other: If there's something you think you should mention that doesn't fit in any above category, put it here.

Oh my, Tali. Considering we've already had Legion for some time and there's a notable quarian NPC in the city already, this is going to be interesting.

I never actually got to play Mass Effect 3 though, this will be fun.
