I've recently published my first novel. It has its own page here.
I've got a self-published web-novel Domina City. Also got a trope page here.
Mostly working on writing some other stuff that will be published more traditionally. We'll see.
Very cool stuff guys. Farthest I've ever gotten in a novel was halfway through the outline, so I can't help but tip my hat to you guys. :)
I've got a novel that I'm editing right now, hoping to start sending query letters to editors this fall.

I've got an alternate history novella published in the online magazine Bewildering Stories.
Since this thread isn't in the Writer's Block sub-forum, where the following has been mentioned before, I'd like to mention our Writers Resources page as being of potential use to any writers here.
(I don't have much to add on the actual topic of the thread; I'm an aspirant author, but as-yet unpublished.)
My Games & WritingI self-published on Kindle, so if you want an oddball fantasy e-book about people on a Going to See the Elephant plot with their Undying Loyalty spiritual-guardian bondmates... "A World of Rusted Dreams" http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HMGYHTK
There is no TV Tropes page for it that I am aware of. So far, I do not deem it popular enough for a page and I feel like it would be self-serving to start one myself unless it suddenly became popular and people wanted Word of God on it. (That, and I had some problems with the pages I made for a couple of my dumb, geeky fan fics - and those are far more frivolous).

In which I attempt to be a writer.I have written two entire novels and started on about five others. I tend to procrastinate a lot, unfortunately. When I do get some stuff done, though, I deliberately make my story and characters feature tropes that I like. In fact, TV Tropes has given me a lot of plot ideas. Any of you guys ever done that, read a trope page and then kind of muttered to yourself 'that's a good idea.'

Definitely done that. In fact, I don't think my work would have turned out nearly as good without this site.
I am, although I admit I haven't done much writing. I've got two stories published on Wattpad, one of which isn't finished. That's about it for my publishing experience.
Hey.I've ultimately given up getting my work published for money, so I've decided to post it on Medium as a Web Serial Novel.
Yup. This book. Also, a book reviewer here. Personally, I'd like to expand the literature section of T Vtropes beyond the most uber popular series.
I have this story (still quite rough around the edges). Right now I'm just getting it out so if I wanted to try and publish it, it's all there, and if I just leave it in a word document I might end up forgetting about it.
It has dinosaurs in it. Sort of
I self-printed limited copies of a book after finishing Na No Wri Mo and got one of them into a close library.
It's sort of what I'm known for around school now: I have a book in the library. It's sort of embarrassing as looking back, I despise that book and wish I could edit it out of existence.
"A buddy is a buddy no matter how nutty."I'm in the middle of writing my 4th novel (none of them is published yet though).
Yes, I do have many tropes. It is nothing I do intentionally though.
I've currently written fanfics on Infinite Stratos (Senjou no Kodoku na Shounen) and Strike Witches (Kikou Kishi Warviour) and still writing setting notes for an original story.
I've got an e-published book in the can (with trope page) and another at second draft stage.
I waited years to finally be able to make a TV Tropes page for something I wrote (that's not a fan fic), and the chance finally came this month when I published my first novel, Odinochka: Armenian Tales from the Gulag. My first novel is Historical Fiction on the Lit Fic side, but I wanted to get my serious novel out first before making my genre shift into Historical Fantasy.
My tropes launched: https://surenity2.blogspot.com/2021/02/my-tropes-on-tv-tropes.html
Basically, the self-titled question. Are there any amongst us who are writers and those who make the kind of things which become trope-pay here?
If so, do you ever think of tropey-ness in your work?
