Haha, I think it works well.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. That is OK for me.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.
Once again, xkcd saves the day.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."It works.
Check out my fanfiction!Ok, any caption ideas? (The Alt Text doesn't really seem relevant this time.)

People who live in glass space stations shouldn't throw boomerangs.
Check out my fanfiction!Eh, the smaller version works just as well.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanGave it a second try. Don't really like the white space and the space.
It's technically smaller than the first version (300 x 338 instead of 350 x 300,)...

That's great; the smaller version works fine for me.
Ehhhh I'm not sold on it. I think there are plenty of examples on the page that would work better. The "Who Shot Mr. Burns" example of The Simpsons works pretty well.
I was even thinking of adding an ellipses between the two pics to show the brief pause while the camera pulls back.
I have to agree with 13. While the OP is cool, 13 is the most common application of this trope.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Still prefer 11.2.
I'm gonna have to give my support to 13. It's clearer and easier to recognize than the xkcd comic.
Supporting 13.
11.2 doesn't really show/imply the Fourth Wall being broken in the first place. Panel Break doesn't really count as Breaking the Fourth Wall.
Hmmmm...yeah, I see the point. Supporting 13 over the XKCD pic.
BTW, during my search, I ended up finding a Russian dub-over of the episode to get those images. XD
That is just fantastic.
I'd go with the Simpsons pic for the same reasons outlined in post 18.
Reaction Image Repository@18: Panel Break is, however, a form of Medium Awareness, which is closely related to Breaking the Fourth Wall.
Related, but barely. Breaking the Fourth Wall is about interaction with the audience, and not just the medium.
There's nothing about Panel Break that indicates that the character may be breaking the 4th wall by addressing the audience, only for the audience to then find out that they were actually addressing someone behind the camera.
P.S. xkcd is a treasure trove.
