My skeleton OC guy volunteers as a tribute, but due to being considered dead, his entry is denied. He ends up raising an army of skeletons and overthrows the capitol.
As a replacement for hunger games, a new show is made, skeleton games uses deceased from the districts as tributes in new, bloodless fights. Only one game is organised, as people were not satisfied due to lack of bloodshed.
