Actually, given that we are in the custom of giving the Image Source whenever possible, I think a link to a page explaining the origin of the picture would be appropriate.

I don't know that this necessary counts as an image macro, but I'm pretty sure it is a meme picture. Not sure if that is a problem, but in case people decide it needs to be pulled, we should consider an example from fiction.
