Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Polk Out is almost nothing but zces.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"I've cutlisted most of the work page stubs listed on pages 172-177 that have not been fixed at this point.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Thank you, Morg.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them. The Final Frontier has no examples for some reason.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"I don't know what that page is supposed to be, though.
Is it just "the setting of space"? Because that's pretty much covered by Tropes in Space. Is it "space is about exploration"? That's Wagon Train to the Stars.
Or is it just a vague page made to fit a stock Star Trek phrase?
... probably.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Though The Final Frontier would actually make a much better name for a "space is about exploration" trope than Wagon Train to the Stars, which doesn't really mean that in context.
Agreed. Turn it into a redirect?
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Boom Up And Over launched with minimal description and no examples.
Easy cut.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Yeah, cutlist that. Seems to have been created years ago, judging by the lack of a history.
Update: While dewicking, I found Arms Up, another camera-related stub.
...same for Pedestal. There may be other Camera Tricks pages like this. Pedestal is already covered in the sandbox page for Camera Movements, so that could go...

she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportCharacters.James Bond Blofeld is a stub, but while it's currently poorly done, it's not a bad idea. Blofeld is in a bunch of movies and he has an individual entry on each one, which seems... odd.
EDIT: NVM, he's gradually adding the tropes. Seems like an improvement. I'm standing down.

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Male Band, Female Singer got launched with 11(!) hats.
... it seems like Not A Trope as-written, possibly trivia, and completely pointless. The examples make that clear... they're mostly just "X of Band Y."
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Camera Tricks don't have examples because they are old and because people don't notice them. Not a reason for cutting at all, although looking for examples is certainly advised.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanPowerhouse barely meets the Rule of Three.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Do you think we can get tlp changed back to how YKKTW worked, or at least maybe proper moderation of it so problems are fixed before they get launched?
OH MY GOD; MY PARENTS ARE GARDENIIIIINNNNGGGGG!!!!!^ Is that addressed to Septimus? You might get more mod attention by posting a ATT query.
Gideon Ploy is a trope that is at least as old in 2012, but is not indexed or linked anywhere and has gotten a measly 4 examples. The trope does look like a legitimate one though, so I'll say send it back to YKTTW (I'd be happy to sponsor it if no one else volunteers) so it can collect some examples.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Even for ATT that's an incredibly vague suggestion, though.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI went ahead and stuck Gideon Ploy onto a few indexes that seemed to fit. It does lack wicks that go into it, but right now, I'm blanking on what to add.
Sadly, I know a few to the extent of 'how did they enact the ploy and why', but I can't remember the names of the works.
Fighteer said that even though it's not a new page, I should bring this here, so... bringing it.
Just Here For The Funny was started on 1/18/2011 and has only been edited once, on the same day. There are no examples (which may be because it seems like a YMMV page), and the amount of wicks can be counted on one hand (there's 4 total) while the amount of inbounds can be counted on 2 (9 total).
"Come on! Let's get this show on the road."I think there's a bit of a trope in there, in the sense of a Skip The Plot Watch The Gags-type thing where people don't care about the plot, they just care about the gags.
But that might be meeting it more than halfway and I'd be down to cut it for its abysmal numbers alone.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Seems like something that should have been run through YKTTW when that existed.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI'd say cut the page, make a fresh YKTTW for the idea.
Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving. -Terry PratchettCame across a few more underdevelopped tropes:
- Misplaced Bubbles and Mystery Arc have very little to no examples;
- Most Definitely Not Accompanying Us is not indexed and has almost no wicks;
- Magical Guide: I *think* this one has come up here before, but we haven't done anything with it so far.

Jason King has only 1 example with sufficient context.
