Wouldn't those technically be cosplayers?
Still counts as a cameo IMO.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.It's... not unreasonable for someone to be off by the sexualization of girls who are... what, high school age at the oldest?
Bluntly, the fact they'd sexualize a bunch of highschool girls who don't even look that old mostly is why a lot of people were screaming "NO MAS! NO MAS!" at the monitor when OVA 1 dropped, and why that move hasn't been repeated. Girls Und Panzer's strength is that it hasn't done those things which make most of us cringe.
Nous restons ici.No Mas? What does that mean? And yeah I think the lack of fanservice in a female dominated show is one of the things that attracted people to the show.
Yeah, I don't want to feel like deleting my browsing history after watching GuP. I have KLK for that.
Schild und Schwert der Partei"No more" in Spanish.
The newest cross-promotion with World Of Tanks: official tank skins! Too bad it was a limited offer.
And as for those who were wondering how the battle between Saint Glorianna and Kuromorimine went, we got a special from Gekkan Senshado done by the character designer◊. It's as close as official as we could get, but mind you, it contradicts something that ALSO appeared in Gekkan Senshado — that Darjeeling was thinking of having their only Cromwell converted into a Challenger. The image shown above has multiple Challengers.
I kinda want to see a Korean team using Easy Eights.
Schild und Schwert der ParteiAside from Ribbon Warrior, it looks like we're getting another spinoff, this time featuring girls from Maginot◊. And if you're wondering about their names, it's Eclaire and Fondue. Yes, the sweets.

Fondue is not a sweet.
Schild und Schwert der ParteiMaybe he was thinking of chocolate fondue?
It's also one of Switzerland's national dishes, not France's.
A disgusting dish, invented in America and eaten by culinary plebeians.
Les Crapauds do eat it though; Fondue savoyard and fondue jurassienne are both French variants made with Comté. I once had a fantastic fondue in Chamonix that I think had Reblochon in it.
Schild und Schwert der ParteiDo you think Fondue does a lot of fondueing?
They do have medals for almost, and they're called silver!Confirmed (I can read a bit of Kanji)

Schild und Schwert der ParteiFor those curious about the Maginot spinoff, Comic Walker has released two chapters online.
I personally found it hilarious how Saori is apparently the commander when Miho isn't available. Can't drive, can't shoot, can't load a shell. Poor Saori. XD

And she still sucks as a commander, too. XD Being Saori outside the radio-operator seat is suffering.
... BTW, is there any actual in-universe explanation for why Saori never got a boyfriend yet, despite being seemingly sufficiently well-versed in the subject of romantic relationships to give advice to her junior teammates/schoolmates?

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Saori's "romantic advice" was her making stuff up as she talked. Undoubtedly everything she said was a mixture of stuff she got from magazines and tankery metaphors.
By all indication she has never had anything close to a romantic relationship. Why she hasn't, despite actively seeking out a relationship, is never elaborated on, I think. Though judging by one of her comments, it's possible she puts guys off by being overeager when flirting.
Especially not by a girl with a tank.
... She didn't have a tank before she joined the tankery club (and, AFAIK, it's not even a year since she joined in-universe). Heck, her school didn't even have a tankery club for 20 years.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.
No, she doesn't. But from the looks of it, someone appears to have stolen her military pants and left her with the jacket, which is barely long enough for the below-the-belt part to serve as a makeshift microskirt.
And I like it in spite of the lack of what you're calling "that shit".
EDIT: Well, what do you know◊. It appears that Anchovy is going to wear a skirt after all, in her student's uniform.
And lookie lookie◊! A certain pair have made it to Genshiken Second Season as cameos!
