I can imagine Nine meeting Nexus and the human team his with, since they're both grittier than usual. Ten with Max and Eleven with Mebius.

“Tenten here,” came Tenten's voice after a couple seconds.
“TENTEN!” Sakura wailed into her communicator. “Negi's an evil space witch and Ino's about to fight Zabuza and I think I just got Kiba's communicator confiscated by Iruka!”
“Whoa!” responded Tenten. “Neji's an evil space witch!? Alright, you go back up Ino, I'll handle this Neji issue.”
“Right,” said Sakura, lowering her communicator, only to immediately raise it to her face again. “No, wait! Negi's an evil space witch. Negi. I said Negi. Not Neji. Tenten?” Sakura's fellow Power Ranger didn't reply. Sakura pressed another button on her communicator.
“ZORDON!” wailed Sakura.
“I read you, Sakura,” said Zordon.
At least Zordon's still here, thought Sakura. If nothing else, I can always count on him to be calm and level headed in a crisis.
“Don't worry, Sakura," said Zordon. "Tenten has already filled me in the situation. I've already sent Yahiko to back her up. You go back up Ino until the other rangers can join you.”
Sakura stared at her communicator, then lowered it to her side. Well shit. Hopefully, Tenten and Yahiko won't kill Neji before me and Ino sort out this situation with Zabuza. With a flourish, Sakura whipped out her morpher. “It's morphin time!”
“BRO!” yelled Chamo as he reached where Negi and Naruto were training. Ryouga was nowhere in sight, Naruto was tied to a rock suspended by a rope while another Naruto slowly dragged him backwards, and Negi was focusing intensely on a bandanna that he was holding.
“Shhh,” said Negi. “I need the utmost quiet if I'm going to concentrate.”
“AAAUUUGH!” wailed the Naruto tied to the rock as the other Naruto released it, causing it to fly into another rock. With a loud crack and a poof of smoke, the other Naruto vanished as Naruto laughed maniacally.
“Yeah, how do you like it?!” asked the other Naruto, before making a hand sign and popping another shadow clone into existence.
Negi looked back at Chamo. “Actually, go ahead. I doubt I'm going to make any progress here anyway.”
“Don't worry about that, bro. It's probably just that that technique requires chakra, not magic.”
“Chamo!” warned Negi, taking a quick glance at Naruto, who seemed to be ignoring them for the sake of his irrational revenge against his clones.
“Don't worry about him. He isn't paying any attention,” said Chamo. “Anyways, bro, I got you the perfect pactio partner.”
Negi blushed. “Chamo, you know as well as I do that it's way too early for me to even think about-”
“It's a Power Ranger, and she's- are you putting on lipstick?”
Returning the tube of lipstick to his pants pocket, Negi gave Chamo a slightly unhinged grin. “Well, you know what they say: you only live once. So, who are we talking about again?”
Oookaaay, thought Chamo as he looked at Negi. Worry about bro's manhood later. Right now, I've got a kiss to set up. “Let's go, bro!”
“NEJI!” Tenten yelled, startling Neji from his training. Leaping down from the tree she'd been standing on, Tenten flipped in midair and landed in a pose. “We know your secret!”
Neji's demeanor went cold. “You do, do you?”
“Yes,” cried Yahiko, flipping off another tree and landing on the other side of Neji. “ And we're here to stop you!”
“And what makes you think you two alone with be able to stop me? You certainly weren't able to when it was all five of you together.”
“...Uh, what's he talking about?” asked Yahiko.
“DRAGONZORD!” cried Neji, whipping a morpher out in front of him and bursting into green light. A second later, the light cleared, revealing the Green Ranger.
“Oh,” said Yahiko. “Oh, that's worse.”
“Saber-toothed Tiger!” yelled Tenten.
“Triceratops!” followed Yahiko.
Neji raised an unfamiliar dagger to his helmet and began pressing buttons on the side of it.
“Dooooot, doot doot, do do dooooot,” went the Dragon Dagger.
From the Hokage's office, Jiraiya abruptly looked up from his paperwork. Is that screaming? The Hokage stood up and went over to his window.
From the lake around library island, a gigantic, Godzilla-esque robot arose, drenching everything around it as it climbed its way ashore.
“HOLY CRAP! HOW THE HELL DID WE MISS THAT?!”
With a mighty roar, Dragonzord began stomping its way through the Hyuuga compound.
Even as far away as they were, all three rangers could easily see the massive Zord stomping its way through the main branch of the Hyuuga compound. But a question immediately came to mind.
“Er, Neji, was it?” Yahiko asked. “Isn't your Zord going the wrong way?”
“Maybe he's having trouble controlling it,” suggested Tenten.
Ignoring them, the Green Ranger began playing the same tune again.
Back at the Hyuuga clan, the might Zord turned around, smashing several buildings to the ground in the process. It then started stomping back in the opposite direction.
“Okay, looks like it's time to call the Zords,” said Yahiko.
“All two of them,” Tenten deadpanned.
“Hey, he's only got one!” cried Yahiko. “We can take him!”
“Are you blind?! That thing's the size of the Megazord!”
The Green Ranger, ignoring them, began playing a different tune.
“Doot doot doot do do doooooooot,” went the Dragon Dagger.
The Dragonzord once again turned around, destroying even more buildings with its tail. It then raised its hands toward the remains of the Hyuuga compound. From the tip of each of its fingers, a missile suddenly protruded, seconds before launching into the remaining buildings of the Hyuuga compound.
“Dammit, Hiashi!” cried Jiraiya as he ran toward the mechanical monstrosity. “Who the hell did you piss off this time!?”
“Did he forget about us?” asked Yahiko as the Dragonzord continued rampaging around the Hyuuga compound.
“Neji's got some... issues in regards to the rest of the Hyuuga clan,” admitted Tenten. “Anyways, we should probably call the other rangers for backup.”
“Good idea,” said Yahiko. “You call Sakura and Ino, I'll get Kiba.”
“I think I'll just call Zordon,” said Tenten.
Ryouga opened a door, revealing what appeared to be the inside of a cockpit. A thick metal chair was sat in front of what appeared to be controls, likely for some sort of machine. A large window sat at the other side of the chamber, revealing what appeared to be a heavily destroyed village sprinkled liberally with fires. “Where in the world am I now?” Ryouga wondered aloud.
Will Negi pactio with Sakura? Will Ino and Sakura be enough to defeat Zabuza and Haku? Will Naruto stop killing his clones and go back to his breaking point training? Will Ryouga ever figure out where he is? Will Neji still be evil once he finishes destroying the Hyuuga clan? And will Kiba actually find out what's going on in time to help, what with his communicator being confiscated for the class period? Find out next time, on “Wait, Did That Happen Before?”!

The Ressha Sentai Tokkyuger / Kamen Rider Gaim crossover got me thinking of something:
Pokemon / Super Sentai crossover:
Take characters from all 6 gens (with the 6th gen character being the tradition 6th ranger), and give them powers based off different pokemon:
Red gets fire types, Blue is going to be water obviously, yellow is thunder, green is grass, pink is fairy, and black will be Dark or ghost.
I'm thinking of using the playable main characters in the roles. Naturally Red is red the leader.
I'd like to use main characters for each spot, and have their numbers correspond to their generations as well.
I want to keep them all close to the same age, and since the 5th gen heroes are supposed to be a little older, I may have to age them down a little, though not too much. Or I could just ignore it, since they don't look that much older than the other guys.
Totally clueless as to how old the 6th gen guys are supposed to be.
Any suggestions for characters in the other spots.

It also got me thinking of something, which may split from that whole "Different Reins of Fate" fanfic I thought of (In which Yuuya and Sonomura became Riders, which has evolved to possibly include Sagara as a Rider.) in which Mai stays on the Rainbow Line just as the Inves war consumes Zawame and she becomes Tokkyu 7Go.

As some of you might know/remember, I'm quite obsessed with the Super Imaginative Chogokin toyline. I'd choose that over most of the original TV forms any day.
Anyway, it's a new story idea for me. However, whether or not it's another Self Insert or Haruto himself meeting Dresden is another story. Kinda bummed that I have difficulties writing something not in first person, nor a self insert. But one day I'll surpass myself and write that story.

There's not really that much universe stuff to know in King of Tokyo. Just the names of the monsters and what they are, which most of the time are Rent-a-Zilla.

For some reason, now my head wants to make another What If? Kamen Rider Gaim story... Same premise as "A Different Rein of Fate" (The one where Yuuya and Sonomura are Gaim and Bravo) in which "what if someone else grabs the Sengoku Driver instead of Kouta"... Except here's where things go crazy...
Because the question is now: "What if Kaname Madoka had Gaim's Sengoku Driver... And the Melon Lockseed instead of the Orange Lockseed?"

Also, I have to ask; Considering Micchi's current actions in the T.V. series stem from his previous extreme loyalty to kouta twisting into utter hatred, what do you think his role would be in the later stories? Would he still become Ryugen? Would he be as loyal to Yuya as he was to Kouta at first. Would he even bother betraying the former? It's an interesting question, because it's not really made clear how he felt about Yuya outside of his disbelief when he found out Kouta killed him.
That's a huge thing to take into account.

Those are questions I have considered.
Micchy being Ryugen might be delayed somewhat in the Yuya becomes Gaim timeline. This depends on two factors: If Yuya would have the same reaction Kouta did in fighting Takatora for the first time and if Sid hasn't ran out of Drivers to distribute. As for whether or not his sanity would diminish, it depends on if you interpret Micchy as either Evil All Along or Driven Into Madness. From there, there's perhaps a bunch of routes Micchy could go. Assuming the latter, my guess is that Micchy wouldn't care for Yuya unless he is to screw him over like how Kouta screwed him over. It also depends on Micchy being shown Helheim's truth.
Micchy in the Madoka becomes Zangetsu timeline is a whole different ball game. He still becomes Ryugen the same way (because Madoka's probably gonna get traumatized fighting Gaim), but whether or not he goes down the same route is gonna be hell to figure out. Madoka's probably not going to be in the same position to cause the shit Kouta caused, and several factoring nails (Madoka fails to fight off the Byako Inves, only managing to scare him off, Madoka saves Hase from getting his Driver destroyed) will more likely than not put Micchy in a different situation than in the original show. Probing my brain, he'll probably be concerned for both Mai's and Madoka's happiness (assuming MaiDoka doesn't ensue) and will be preeeeetty pissed once Takatora, Sid, and Ryoma start spilling the beans about Helheim, The Scalar Weapons, and Project Arc respectively... And yes, that does imply that he would still learn about Yggdrasil at some point.
If the route plays out like how I think it will play out, Micchy in the Madoka Timeline would be still a backstabbing jackass... but towards Yggdrasil.
Then again, the ideas are just in my head. I'll need to sit down and write out all the interlinking changes that each Nail will make.
Also, Homura's probably not gonna be in the Madoka Timeline... Though I have toyed with the idea that Homurakuma is the one to show Micchy the truth of Helheim and send him on his Start of Darkness.

Yes, yes, the anime is awesome, not to mention based on the manga version, but I have been trying to find the TV show and the sequel 01 but to no avail. Not to mention the shows have things the manga did not. Which makes me wish Rei/Kikaider 00 was there.
Which reminds me, the Toku Base from the Trope Pantheon page is... lacking. Yeah, Toei's Big 3 is there, along side the Chousinsei and the Ultras, but I find the lack of Ishinomori Shotaro heroes to be... disturbing. Dude practically codified the genre, where are his heroes??

Though I will confess I'm mostly familiar with the Neo-Hesei (aka post-Decade) Riders. Kiva was the only one I watched before that. Made an attempt at Den-0 but never got all the way through.
