Who's the most adorable character in Western Animation?

If we look at My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic, most people will say Fluttershy, and clips like this help in understanding why they say so:

Personally, I say the Cutie Mark Crusaders are the most adorable characters, with Sweetie Belle standing out in particular. Just watch "Sisterhooves Social" to see Sweetie Belle in action!

Cheburashka. Russia is at least partly a Western country.

The Powerpuff Girls are cute, those bug eyed, thump fingers looking things...

Maggie Simpson manages to be adorable without tasting like diabetes.

An older example, but I'd go with Pussyfoot. He/she (I'm not sure about his/her gender) is so innocent, his/her interactions with Marc Anthony are heartwarming, and I experience Cuteness Proximity when it comes to kittens.

I have to admit, when done correctly, I'm partial to Spinoff Babies myself. I don't know what the appeal is, but seeing established characters in their youth is something that sets off my Squee-ometer. Ironic, because real babies don't do even close to that for me.

For a recent example, I'd say Mabel from Gravity Falls. It's hard to not find her charming, and she doesn't overdo it, either.

I do have to agree though that Pussyfoot probably takes the cake. I always liked Loony Tunes the most when the animal characters were more like animals.

I'd have to go with Isabella from Phineas and Ferb, though.

Mabel quickly climbed this list for me. I will also nominate Dot (the Warner sister), even if she is annoying about it.

Mabel is already at the top, but Nezzie, Bessie, and Penny are up there, too.

Actually, just about everyone in Ka Blam; June, Henry, Loopy, Larry, The Offbeats... maybe not Angela Anaconda. YMMV.

And lots of characters from Recess.

Regarding Penny, any character voiced by Hynden Walch. Starfire, Princess Bubblegum, etc.

This character sticks out to me:

I'd have to give a tossup between Maggie Simpson and Fluttershy, for completely different reasons. Fluttershy is a tactical d'aww bomb through and through, but Maggie is more subtle and has those amazing uncanny moments where you're never sure just how smart she is. It's like Bruce Lee vs. David Carradine. Sure one would win in a fight, but they're both still entertaining.

Mabel is pretty darn adorable. I've always loved The Powerpuff Girls, and Bubbles was my favorite of the trio.

Bessie and Dot are fricking adorable. Angela Anaconda isn't as much adorable as she is funny in her own little way, but i'm glad people actually remember her.

For some reason, I also think Binky from the fairly odd parents counts. he's adorable in a butt monkey kind of way.

oh, and Kuki Sahnbahn, aka Numbuh Three, from Kids Next Door. She's possibly even cuter than Isabella, and Isabella's pretty high up on my cute list.

I'm gonna go out to left field and say Harley Quinn. Sure she's crazy and in love Joker, but come on. It's Harley.

Tootie (Fairy Odd Parents), Eileen (Regular Show), and Mabel (Gravity Falls) are all up there.

How could I forget Eileen?

Pabu and Bolin (Adorkable, actually. Very.) Also definitely Pussyfoot.

...How can you think Mabel is cuter than Dipper? That girl creeps me out, whereas being called "adorable" by every character on the show (and being adorably frustrated by it) is Dipper's thing.

I agree. Dipper is downright adorable, and while Mabel isn't as annoying as I expected her to be, I don't find her as adorable as her brother.

1. Numbuh 3 2. Isabella Garcia-Shapiro from Phineas and Ferb 3. tie between dipper and mabel 4. Dot from Animaniacs 5. Bessie Higgenbottom from the Mighty B (she can kind of be irritating at times, and that lisp. still adorable nonetheless)
