Switching to Victim Falls For Rapist sounds fine to me. It was the name I liked more to begin with, though I didn't really see the problem that Rape Stockholm Syndrome had.
The source code was added along with a redirect. So I get redirected to the main name when I tried to proceed with move, I hate when that happens.

What about renaming this index in general? I mean Rape Tropes is a bit extreme when a lot of them cover just Sexual Harassment + a chance at rape.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon! The latter is the name, but we're keeping Rape Stockholm Syndrome at the moment because this way, reaching the related list for it is much easier than when it's a redirect.

Most arnt crimes in fiction till the cops are called. (and some are not crimes at all.)
About half the examples on Double Standard: Rape, Female on Female are not even rape they are more sexual harassment and/or Skinship distancing ourselves from Rape in titles unless we don't have a choice is a good thing. (or splitting them altogether like Haruhi Skinship and such might just get a little snark but they draw the line in universe at something that could be considered rape..)

Karmic Rape shouldn't even be considered. It's worse than what we have now and I only brought it up to illustrate my difficulty in thinking of a name that wasn't awful like it is.
Rape Face Turn might work.
I could also support renaming the index to Sexual Misconduct Tropes.
I don't know, Rape Face Turn still seems kinda condone-y and full of Unfortunate Implications. ("Want to give someone a Heel–Face Turn? Rape 'em!") But then, part of it is the trope itself...
