Actually, I don't think that I really want to be part of any internet community. Dabbling in a few, yes, but not to the point that I'd say "I'm a part of TV Tropes/IJBM/Minecraft Forum/Friends of Self-Crocheted Nose Hair Cutters/etc.".
No, I'm not sure why I say something on-topic. But I guess it's because it's late and I'm beginning to get tired.

The extent to which I feel a part of the community here is the British Politics thread in OTC, along with a few others like Whale and The Bat Pencil.
I just can't get hooked into Yack Fest; the threads move too quickly and I can't ingratiate myself into the conversations there, though I have tried in the past.
