I once watched a porn parody of Scrubs. It was actually pretty boring.
One of the better ones I've seen was of The Office.

So far, ones I've checked out are:
- The Texas Vibrator Massacre (2009) - Good. So good, in fact, that after watching it online I went out and bought it.
- A Wet Dream on Elm Street (2011) - Mediocre
- Official Halloween Parody (2011) - Okay
- This Ain't Charmed XXX (2010) - Mediocre
- Evil Head (2012) - Good, and yes, they redid that scene ("I never knew a tree could fuck so good!")

After watching The Toy, I can't help but feel that there has to be a parallel porn version involving a post-pubescent child (teenager?) who's bought a person to use as they wish. Only thing is... it's a just a little too easy. I mean, what are you going the name it? The (Sex) Toy?
Surely the point of a porn parody is less parody and more porn? Of course they are horrible, the point is to see naughty bits, no one is taking time to script it.

I haven't seen it myself, but there's this Game of Thrones porn parody called Game of Bones. The hilarious part is that they removed all the incest from the original since they thought it would gross people out. I heard there were some completely unrelated guys also doing a Game of Thrones porn parody, but I can't remember whether they included any incest or not. I also can't remember which of the parodies had an Iron Throne made out of dildos.

Reading tropes such as You Know What You Did
If you're into that sort of thing there is a parody of Buffy the Vampire Slayer that may not nail the character's looks, but is certainly knowledgeable enough to have the more obscure Giles/Jenny and discussion of the Xander/Willow romance as well as the obvious choices.
It might be something about Joss Whedon but there is also a The Avengers parody that is rather decent looking much like either the film makers or SHIELD had a lower budget, the models mimic the characters if not their actors and without being too gross the Widow/Hawkeye scene is awesome awesome awesome.

@druppelsnubb: Well, there's Gay Of Thrones, Gay stuff tends to contain "incest" which is about as much incest as the incest in Game of Thrones (i.e the actors aren't related.)

Most porn parodies are pretty horrible. I'll say that right now. But every so often you can find one that is actually pretty good. I found a porn parody of Anchorman and the jokes are actually really funny.
