Dude, Hsien-Ko totally should get a buff. I love her character, and she's fun to play as. Love her theme, too.
Wesker needs a nerf. A big one, hopefully.
He needs a literal Nerf. Replace his handgun with a Nerf suction-cup dart gun or Super Soaker.

Wesker isn't that bad anymore. But yeah, he does need a nerf. Along with Vergil, Zero and Spencer.

Sentinel's all over the place, isn't he? Broken, then nerfed reasonably, then people are crying for a buff.

He has a shitton of bad matchups. His huge hitbox makes hitting him far easier than with other characters. And his health is unreasonably low for someone so easy to hit.
He has his good points, but he could use a buff or two, preferably one to his health.
