What would be the worst way to die?

Any kind of Groin Attack would obviously be bad and dismemberment is also not pretty but I think the worst way to go for me would be on a desert/burned alive. Just anything related to heat would be suffering to me (I put both together because you would die fairly quickly while burning but in a desert you would survive a few days and loose your mind while you are at it).
What would be the best way to go?

This is how I personally want to die, as I obviously can't speak for anyone else. After a long life, I suffer a heart attack, or something of the like. Anything to get me in an ambulance, and not really likely to survive anyway. It doesn't matter much. Anyway, the point is that I fall out the back of the ambulance, roll down the road on a gurney through at least two intersections, only to get crushed by a falling piano. No one would be able to keep a straight face at my funeral. It would be great.

I hate cooking of any sort but boy do I love cheesecake. I once worked in one of the stores in The Cheesecake Shop franchise, that's how much I love cheesecake. I got free cheesecake. It was great. Until I got fired.

Mass Effect 2 is pretty much garbage in most ways, yet I still get enjoyment out it. I realize ME 1 is also pretty bad, but I still like it as a guilty pleasure as well. I don;t know if they're the worst things I like, but I know they suck donkey ass in most every area.
