Never underestimate my capacity to do something for the sake of a really stupid pun.

For those who don't get it, DIO smashed Jotaro over the head with a steamroller/road roller in the manga. The protagonist of Turn A Gundam, Loran Cehack, sometimes has to crossdress (scarily effectively) as "Laura Rolla". In really bad Engrish, therefore RODO RORA DA (It's A ROAD ROLLER!) -> RORA RORA DA (It's LAURA ROLLA!)

Normally, I'd say Don't Explain the Joke, but in this case, it works.

Who'd have thought Cross dressers make such good weapons.

The only reason I explained it, was because I didn't expect anyone to actually get it.

Man, imagine The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly if they star toku characters as the titular Good, Bad, and Ugly? I vote Showa!Hakaider as Bad.

Shin Kamen Rider would of course be the Ugly...

And Gavan would be good.

No duh Shin is ugly, but he has heart. I've yet to see the movie, but the titular Ugly is an okay guy, wasn't he?

Anyway, I only want gunslingers here, since this IS a western. Kaiketsu Zubat would most definitely be the Good, if only he has other weapons than his whip. Out of all the gunslinging Kamen Riders I remember, only G3-X is the perfect candidate for Good, the rest are quite amoral. Drake is cool, but he's not really into helping people, is he? Maybe Date-san!Birth?

In that case, Kaixa or Diend should be The Bad, with Drake as the Ugly. On the basis of, compared to any other gun-toting Rider I'm familiar with, Drake's suit is the lamest.

Kusaka is most definitely the Bad, that goddamn maniac...

Anyway, I don't hate Drake... The word I'm looking for might be "Bland" but I don't describe him as that.

I don't at all mind Drake as a character. I just think his suit is rather underwhelming.

Speaking of suit designs, who do you think have best, both eras?

As shows, or individual Riders? Assuming the former, then…

Showa: Original Series, V3, ZO

Heisei: Gaim (excepting Zenith Arms; I didn't like that form nearly as much as Triumphant Arms, design-wise), Faiz, Ryuki, Kuuga, Kiva… actually, pretty much the entire Heisei Era, possibly excepting Fourze (and even then, the Fourze and Meteor suits worked perfectly for that show).

Showa: Black. Always and for ever until the end of time, Black.

Hisei: Decade. The only man who can pull off having is own picture on his forehead…

Neo- Hisei: Skull. DAT HAT!

I agree about Black. His design is good.

Kuuga, Agito and Faiz are suitably nice to me. Faiz has the bonus of looking good in all his forms for my tastes, as I've said in this thread and the main Kamen Rider thread.

Decade looks good in his normal form, but how good depends on the day. Complete form never jived with me.

Double is also good in it's simplicity, but I prefer Joker more.

For the one millionth time, Wizard in his base forms and dragon forms is good stuff to me but I never liked infinity (the fact that Haruto used it like a dumb-ass didn't help, though it did grow on me).

That's more or less it.

Of the three "Infinity Plus One Forms" that I've seen, Infinity is probably my favorite in terms of design. Much moreso than Zenith Arms, at least. I'd probably say that Cosmic States is below Infinity in terms of appearance, but in terms of powers/usage in the show, Cosmic States is my favorite, then Zenith Arms, and then Infinity Form.

Ultimate and Shining Form are my favorites. I just love the darkness and light juxtaposition they have. It's like they complement each other... Of course, that's just my opinion.

I also like Liner Form because it's Ryotaro kicking ass. That form is proof that our hero has grown into the badass Kamen Rider he's destined to be.
