Halloween 2015.

So you decided not to go as Peter Griffin this year?

I'm Peter Griffin pretty much every day, thanks to my glasses, shape, and actually being named Peter.

After midnight I went to a bar because although I'd dressed up for trick or treaters I had zero knocks on my door and I wanted to actually be seen. I had two people actually ask me about my costume. One of them said he'd thought I was a dressed-up Peter Griffin, the other one said "... 1986 glasses... two ties... did you come here from the Future?" (I said I came from 2015, but as soon as I did I decided "I dunno, it's 2015 where I come from" would have been a better phrasing.)

It is only lately that the weather has neccesitated the use of the poncho of protection.

Usually the sides get unmanageably long about the time the top has recovered from the last haircut.

This time we worked out that the top should only lose about a half inch. I think I always underestimate hair length.
